Pizza Hut

The pizza tasted great, delivered on time. However, the amount of toppings (specially chicken and mushrooms) were very less. In fact, I had only 6-7 pieces of chicken 'sprinkled' on my LARGE pizza, so you can understand I disappointed I was with the lack of Quantity of toppings on my Pizza. Please fix this topping issue, everything else is great in that location!

We had a great nostalgic experience here, it's one of the few dine-in Pizza Huts left around Seattle. We'd seen an ad for a new pizza while watching a Sounders match and drove out here to get one. The waitress was friendly and courteous - there were so few tables (only two) occupied that I felt a bit bad for her, but all the food was hot, fresh, well-prepared, and delivered promptly. It was everything from my 80's-Book-It memories - the only thing missing was the Ms. Pac-Man machine. I'd definitely pop in there again from time to time.

Avoid this location, they will rip you off! I placed a carry out order and when I went to pick it up after checking the pizza I noticed there was only cheese in the center leaving a big bare gap on the edges. I told the old lady at the counter I wasn't satisfied with the way the pizza looked and her response was "that's the way they make it!" I left the pizza there and ended up calling the Renton highlands location where they prepared a beautiful pie for me done right.

I read the reviews and I have to say that the 2 star reviews were way too high. The service was awful. We decided to dine in and there was no server so the man taking out order seemed irritated that we sat at a table. I ordered drinks and he didn't give me any cups so I had to go to the server station and get them myself, which was not an issue but it was behind an employee counter so I'm pretty sure I wasn't supposed to be there. The man was trying to act like he was in a rush any time I asked for something (like napkins). Yet we were the only customers in the restaurant. The did tasted good though! I didn't complain and I still tipped :)

I normally order from other pizza chains and their crusts are usually always soggy but everytime i have ordered from Pizza Hut, they never fail to amaze me with the quality of the food. I def will be ordering again in the near future, the food tastes great and delivery drivers are always kind. thank you Pizza Hut!

A few weeks ago i ordered a stuffed crust and got a regular pizza and no one in the store would pickup the phone. Now they came rushing out right as soon as we arrived and hit the call button. So, logically i hung up before anyone answered. As our pizza was being sent out someone else called us right. Honestly much better service than last time. Definitely appreciated the call back. Also a tasty pizza with a glorious amount of toppings!!

Can’t give 0 star so giving 1. The person managing the cash counter is so rude and when we told that we tried putting the online order, it was not making progress for hours and we had to call, and even nobody responded that so we came to pick it up finally, he was like OK, what’s a big deal? The store is so dirty and smelly that I would never go back, totally unhygienic with no safety measures like hand gloves or anything! Avoid this particular store!
