Not that great of service. Ordering over the phone was really difficult, menues are outdated. All menus online or not had listed Nacho supreme appetizer and they did not have it. They offered me something else, and then charged full price for replacement without notifying me. My fish and chips were all burnt, fries were awful and cold, didn't get tartar sauce. Ribeye Steak was soggy. Although the pecan pie dessert was delicious, not worth it considering price ($70 for all!) Never again.

First off, DO NOT go based off the menu posted by the photos. That is not the menu. The actual menu was smaller and more pricey. That being said, I like the food. I am huge Burger fan and I ordered the classic American cheeseburger. Maybe it was just the not eating anything but airplane pretzels all day, but it was by far one of the best burgers I have had. My Fiancée's Cod was okay. It made her stomach a little upset. The waiter was nice, but I guess he was from a different property and only came over to help because they were short on staff. Overall a nice dinner. I am disappointed that it is shared by the hotel because the hotel staff are absolutely terrible. 🤷‍♂️

Not the best food ever. We gave it two tries. Nachos at night and a breakfast buffet the next day. The only reason that we tried the breakfast buffet was because the server knew that the nachos were not good and gave us coupons for the next meal. After both meals, we walked away feeling nauseous. This was really low quality food.

Restsurant at Red Lion Hotel. Went in for a late night small bite. Avacado toast was pricey but good, server was nice :) HOWEVER..... Went in for the breakfast buffet for which I prepaid $10.99 + 2 kinds of taxes and was VERY DISAPPOINTED. The eggs were substandard. Potatoes ok. Bacon tray was empty. Waited. And waited. And waited. Server kept telling everyone it would be out soon. Waited some more. They ran out of and brought out more potatoes. Some people left. Waited some more. Finally they bring out unappetizing looking sausage links. Not browned at all. Cook said there was no bacon. Waited all that time for nothing. Went to check out. Told the nice lady at the front desk about my disappointing $10.99 prepaid breakfast. She was doing an adequate job of apologizing and sympathizing and said she'd make sure to let the management know. Ok. THEN the other lady at the desk finished with her customer and decided she should take over the conversation. Maybe she was management (?) Apparently excuse after excuse after excuse given with a condescending tone is good(?) customer service as long as you have a big smile plastered on your face. More excuses. I could have eaten the yogurt or a bagel. Really? Yes, but I wanted bacon with my eggs. What was only a disappointing breakfast just got escalated to an issue (LOL) She offered to go get me some bacon on the spot. I told her the cook said there was no bacon. She (condescending tone, but with a smile) told me that SHE could get me some bacon. Right. So I can finish my breakfast standing at the front desk? (ROFL) I almost took her up on it just for fun and because I really like bacon, but I was already running late for the meeting that was the purpose of my trip. I also have a policy of never eating food from someone to which I've complained about the food. She really could have/ should have just left it with the first lady's nice apology. The restaurant catered our lunch at my meeting and it was pretty good. My advice: be wary of the breakfast buffet and don't prepay for it (unless you just want yogurt and a bagel) Take a look before committing.

I stayed at Red Lion hotel and this place offered breakfast for hotel residents. The breakfast was ok, nothing special but it was convenient as I didn't have to drive. Everything was ok until their dish washing machine broke, that was their excuse for having glasses smell with chlorine offered to the diners. Sometimes things break and you don't realize it right away but what made this unacceptable was that people who service the breakfast area didn't care to remove those glasses from juice table after they were told about it. I was, however, offered a plastic cup instead of a glass one. It looked like if I didn't ask for the glasses to be removed they would have stayed there till the end of the breakfast time. Do you like your drink mixed with chlorine? I don't, and since they don't seem to care about keeping the poisonous dishes out of their customers reach and only look for those who actually complain about it, I'll have to smell every item before eating there again. Thank you but I don't want chemicals in my diet and since the owners don't care about maintaining dishes clean, I'll have to find another place for breakfast next time.

Got here at 8:35pm with two customers at the bar only - took the guy 5 minutes to come give us a menu and another 5 minutes to bring us water. I get that you're all buddies but serve your other customers. Once I put my coat on and got ready to leave the guy came over and started being more attentive. Do not go here for good customer service unless you're buddies with the servers.
