Domino's Pizza

Ordered a pacific veggie, got sent a cheese pizza with pineapple. Sent it back only to receive the pacific veggie with a piece of meat on it. Being vegetarians we couldn’t eat it. Called up and reported the incident expecting a refund since we were in no mood to annoy them further. Called up the next morning and they asked me to call back in the evening. Called in the evening and they were busy, so couldn’t speak to the manager. Called again today and the shift manager had changed. The new manager said they cannot do anything about it after the pizza leaves the store. Offered to give me a carry out, but No delivery she said cos they need to track their miles. They clearly don’t take cross contamination seriously. Dominos did give me points for a free pizza but its good for a 2 topping pizza not a specialty one.

Honestly NO. I typically will pick up a pizza from the Downtown Seattle Belltown location (mainly because it’s near my work) and the pizza there is ALWAYS fresh, crisp and aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. Well I decided to place an order at this Bellueve location (2 pizzas both thin crust) via the app. When the app informed me the pizza was ready I walked in. I should’ve checked the pizzas right there and then. Both pizzas were lacking toppings … okay cool I paid for 3. toppings) Both pizzas were lacking sauce…okay cool it’s super dry. Both pizzas were cold when I got home which I reside just several minutes away…okay cool Both pizzas were a waste of money….okay cool It’s like eating a dry a** cracker. Lol Like I kinda want my money back.

Ordered online. Over two hours with no delivery. Called the store twice. Once got them to start baking it. Second time got them to deliver it. Pretty sure its sat for over half an hour after cooking. RIP No estimate or update of 2 hour 20 minute delivery time. Would have gone and picked it up if given the option.

Don't give this awful business any money. They took over $2 MILLION in PPP loans and have the audacity to complain about staffing shortages. Ordered a gluten free pizza at 9:15pm and got my first call/notification at 11pm that they were short staffed (so is everywhere, but for some reason this location is snotty about it on the phone). At 11:40 I received my food and my gluten free pizza is on regular crust. I still can't try to fix the order online because the store never updated their side and its never been delivered. This type of poor customer service ruins the corporate name of the company. edit: After some digging, this franchise is owned by Four Our Families Inc. And further digging gets us to the PPP loans (taxpayer money) and they got a whopping $2,585,279 to line their pockets and clearly continue to tarnish Dominos.

I went there on three separate occasions with three identical experiences. You stand there, and everyone continues to do whatever they're doing and ignore you until you say something. When the order is done, they don't bother to ask if you want condiments nor do they bag anything. You have to tell them everything. And they always mess up the order. I ordered hot wings, and got barbecue. They refuse to show hospitality. Strange people.

Ordered pizza few times. Always getting the thin crust. Sometimes was burnt but not horribly. Tonight I ordered the same order always do. Pizza came cold and in one pile. Can’t report an issue because I have a new phone number and it was not associated with the order. Will never order again ! This is what it looked like when I opened the box. Not to mention it was cold.

The delivery guy said "if you have any problems with the pizza contact Domino's directly " he explained something about that the pizza can fall and slip... when I opened the 5 trays of pizza all of them were crushed and smeshed! 5 trays of pizza looked like hell. I've declared on it on Domino's pizza site and got only 20% off! for next! order! Will not use it...
