Famous Dave's Bar-b-que

Visiting the area I stopped here for the first time. Great BBQ choices. My friends had the 2 meat platter with rib tips and brisket, also the soup and salad combo with chicken and wild rice soup and I had the bbq nachos with pulled chicken. The inside is very elaborately decorated. They have a handful of different house made sauces to try at the table.

Unbelievable. They messed up my togo order and to make up for it they promised to make my food again the next day. The next day I speak to a different manager named Darius who was very snarky and seemed totally disinterested when I called to put in my food order. I go to pick up my food and they had made the same mistake as last time. As I was getting ready to go in the worker came out with a bag of most of my sauces. I get home only to find out I was missing a sauce AND got the wrong side. When I called to tell them they had messed it up again, Darius refused to take credit for I correctly placing my order and offered very insincere apologies but offered nothing to remedy the situation. Instead I was HUNG UP ON...by the MANAGER. Unbelievable.
