Sonic Drive-in

The mozzarella sticks are bomb, especially with the marinara sauce. The onion rings are crispy and delicious. The breakfast burritos are really good- I always add some hot sauce to make it perfect. The burgers are juicy and the lettuce/ tomatoes are always fresh. Never skip the pickles! I didn't get a sonic blast this time but in the summer I always do the butterfinger blast, the cherry nerd slushy or the peanut butter and banana shake! All the drink and icecream options are phenomenal!!

Some of the machines at the drive in stalls weren't working and most seem rather small. A few seemed damaged by vehicles trying to get in and out. The ice cream was very good and plentiful as expected. Service on such a busy day was actually pretty good. Took a little bit of waiting but given the busy traffic, it was very reasonable.

Warning!!! Be aware that this location stops serving ice cream up to 4 hours before closing. Nothing on Google, the signage, or app (it even lets you place an order when the drive up says they don't). Generally this has been a good location, hence the 4 stars, but since it's not posted anywhere I wanted to let any readers know.

Went one week and ordered 2 chili cheese dogs. Got 2 hotdogs. Asked about it and was basically told we were wrong. Manager came out and fixed it. Had family visiting second week, ordered 7 chili cheese dogs, got 7 hotdogs. Had to get manager again. Went third week, everything was delicious and as ordered. Except I got an Oreo Cheesecake Master Shake, and they didn't BLEND it. All the oreo and some sort of sauce flavoring formed a disk at the bottom and if you got a bite of that oreo covered in the sauce it was so strongly flavored it was inedible. I tried stirring it up with the spoon, but couldn't get it well enough. I didn't want to be that person who complained 3 out of 3 times, so I just left. I guess I'll need to find a new place for the weekly outing with the kids.
