Domino's Pizza

Our friend ordered this when we helped them move. The price was super cheap for the amount of pizzas we got ( $50 for 6 pizzas plus delivery and tip). You get what you pay for, it was alright. The pepperoni pizza was a bit over cooked but the chicken bacon alfredo pizza was decent. Inexpensive way to feed several people!

This location is a joke at this point. Dominos has always been my favorite place to get pizza, but after today I will no longer be ordering from this location specifically. First of all, the giant bubbles in the pizza. I’m sorry, but if being understaffed is going to be the excuse now, then train the staff that you do have to make pizza correctly. Also, ordered boneless chicken with 3 sides of sauce and received NO sauce. Gotta love sauce-less chicken! Last, the cheesy bread isn’t even fully cooked. I’ve learned my lesson now and won’t be ordering from this location ever again. They issued me a refund, so I guess that’s how they “handled my situation” to shut me up. Bye!

So, placed an order about forty minutes ago, and the tracker has been stuck on "(Employee) Began preparing your order at 5:33" I used to manage for Dominos, this happens. I understand that. They are super slammed. I will not blame them for that. Still, this is showing me that the time frame for the delivery is going to be insanely busy. So I want to cancel. I have been on hold with the number for 14 minutes now. This is super unprofessional.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I had placed a future order for around 6:45pm today and they got the wrong order. The driver said someone else would bring us our correct order within 10min. My husband and I waited for two hours and still no pizza. So we decided to go with PaPa Johns and thank God we did because they had our pizza delivered within 30min from our order. So sad that this store is awful. We love dominoes and have been valued customers until tonight we are now switching to Papa Johns and will be telling our friends and family to do the same thing.

Yeah I will no longer be going to this Dominos. The older lady in the kitchen is extremely rude. My friend ordered some chicken from them, showed up almost an hour after she had placed the order only to be told it would not be ready for another 2 hours. On top of that, the old woman started whispering about my friend to the very nice young man at the register while staring at her and covering her mouth. Afterwards, my friend politely asked if she could possibly get a call when the order was ready and the lady interrupted her and continued to say no. She just had a lot of attitude and was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Manager said she had received a bunch of complaints about this same woman already. Absolutely ridiculous. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’d leave a 0 star review if I could.

Ordered online, then got an email saying order was cancelled. Was on hold for more than 20 minutes to figure out why it was cancelled. No answer. Had to drive down to the store to figure out what was going on. What happened to calling and saying if something was not in stock, what would you like in replace of this????? Then, it takes 2-5 business days for my refund to come back to my card! Ridiculous.
