Honestly deserves 0 stars but obviously that's not an option for the review. I've had so many issues with this location I literally don't have time to write about all of them. The most recent one is the one that finally brought me to the reviews though. Apparently they had a shortage of cooks, though I don't know how, considering all you do is put frozen food through a machine. But we waited over an hour for food we already paid for (otherwise I wouldn't have waited). Then we received an incorrect order. Other people also waited... which is odd because we actually stood next to some people who informed us that they "only ordered drinks" yet they also waited at least 20 minutes. What does that have to do with the lack of cook? If the entire rest of the team is standing around staring at the struggling cook, what's the reason they can't be bothered to even fill a simple drink order? This location is honestly just ridiculous and I will never be back. And I hope nobody else wastes their time either. Additionally, I hope that the McDonald's management catches on to these issues, since clearly Leonard Management can't handle them on their own.

My husband and I went through the drive thru, we had to sit at the order station for nearly 5 minutes before anyone said anything to us (keep in mind there we're only two cars in front of us that had already been waiting for food when we pulled up) we specifically ordered 2 large fries, 2 large cokes with no ice and 6 sweet and sour sauces(sometimes they charge and we wanted to let them know ahead of time). We then pulled up to the window where the gal took our card and handed it back and then we say there for nearly ten minutes waiting to pull forward. While we were stuck there the girl was sitting on her phone not helping her coworkers. Finally we get to pull forward and they are just rude, they completely messed up our order. For some reason she told them we wanted no salt on our fries and the guy rolled his eyes when we told him that was wrong and they should just be regular, I told him it was okay and just asked for salt for them. So he handed us the bag and then only gave us one coke and no sauce so I asked him if we could get the coke and the sauces and he rolled his eyes again and got them to us. It wasn't until we started driving off that we realized the fries were not only cold but were only half full at best. Just very frustrating experience, we will probably never be going to this location again 😕

i asked for a simple order which was a plain mc chicken with cheese. i went back around after they gave me this and the girl said “well we’re all human”. i feel like it’s not hard to remember the buns of a SANDWHICH lol. also won’t forget the time when they asked me to pull forward for my meal and i waited for awhile just for it to be wrong, and after telling them that they brought me another order that was wrong and again the third time. the manager just brought me coupons for a free coffee. and then another time when i said they forgot something the manager got upset and told me to pull around and order again for what they forgot. even the empoylees apologized for what had happened every time. There has never been a time where i had a perfect order. Why are they getting paid more than what other hard workers should be getting paid.

Wish it would allow for 0 stars. Don’t understand why it is so hard to get an order right. This is the second time we’ve ordered from here and both times they mess up or forget something on the order. This has happened at multiple fast food establishments. How hard is it to get orders right? Yes I’ve worked fast food before.

The WORST experience I have EVER had at this location. Ordered our meals through the app. My bacon double without onions was not in the bag. We figured this out once we reached I80 on the way out of town. We doubled back to remedy the situation. Upon going inside, I handed the guy at the counter our ticket off of the bag and he asked if the meal was already gone. So I explained myself again. He retrieved a suporvisor/manager looked at our ticket and punched it in again. He then gave us the replacement meal, new fries and everything,but the order was incorrect once again with the burger having onions on it. I went back into the store, the manager/supervisor, whoever he was came up to the register after the counter guy had walked away, did not even acknowledge that I was even standing there. He too then walked away, a nice young lady came up and asked if I had been helped yet. So I then explained the situation to her, let her know the original order was no onions and my replacement order had onions. Being allergic to onions, I was not about to eat this meal. At this point I was upset enough that the supervisor/manager wouldn't even acknowledge that I was even in the building again, I told the young lady I was not wanting any money back, they can keep their food, and I don't ever plan on stopping at this establishment again. The majority of my past positions that I have worked in have been restaurant management. I know first hand that bad news travels faster and spreads wider than good news, so any supervisor/manager that is worth his wage should know to always make sure that the customer leaves happy. Best of luck to the rest of you when attempting to get your meal correct at this establishment with the current management.

I ordered a 20 piece, a spicy crispy chicken and two fries, it took literally 30 minutes 8:41pm to 9:11pm to finally get my food just to have the bag rip on my way out the door. I WILL NEVER go to this location again and I highly recommend you skip it as well.

Used the drive through at 9:30 pm on April 28, 2022. Ordered a #4 regular crispy chicken sandwich combo meal with a Dr. Pepper. When I arrived at the pick up window the Dr. Pepper was 3/4 full and no ice, and no straw. Employee was oblivious... One of my most disappointing experiences with McDonald's...C'mon man!...

Hey we want to have the fastest drive thru so let’s just tell everyone to pull forward. Have 8 cars piled at the end of the drive thru. Waited 10 minutes solid and they skimped us two sandwiches. Close down and put something that works here.
