Burger King

Not amazing but not awful. Went through the drive through and the speaker was cutting out on and off, which made ordering harder. But everything was in my order, food was fast food and met expectations. Chicken Italian sandwich and fries were a bit cold but okay. Only big complaint was the lid wasn't on the soda all the way so it spilled all over me when I tried to carry it in the house. I should of checked before I tried to pick it up.

Was in last night, and never will be visiting this location again. Upon receiving receipt, there were multiple items added to order that weren't supposed to be there. I attempted to correct the mistakes made, and they stated they can't refund it. I said, that okay. Just make sure everything is in the bag. It was a 25$ total. When arrived at home, there were 2 small fries missing, a whopper that I didn't even order but got charged for missing and it dawned on me that we never received our drinks. Here's the kicker! When I realized all this, I tried calling numerous times, and they would answer the phone and immediately hang up.

Came here on the way home because I figured I could grab a quick meal in less time than it would take me to cook at home. I was wrong. Ordered 2 Whoppers, 2 Fries, and a chicken nuggets. 25 minutes to go through the drive thru. The 2 Whoppers were supposed to be one no lettuce and tomatoes, one no onions and pickles. They read it back to me exactly correct. Twice. Once at the speaker, once at the window. After our almost half hour wait, we just checked to make sure everything was there. It was. Get home, and they're both marked no onions and pickles. I was so frustrated I just ate mine, and dealt with it. My wife begins eating her's (no onion and pickles), and discovers the onions and pickles. So to sum up, long waits, messed up orders. Won't be back. Oh, I'd complain about this on the survey that they give you on the bottom of receipts, but I didn't get a receipt either!

My last visit wasn't great. I ordered a whopper with cheese through the drive through and got this. I would suggest getting extra lettuce as they don't seem to add very much when you just order a regular Whopper. I've also been there when the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I'll update my rating the next time I come through.

LISTEN HERE!! I didn't catch his name. But the gentleman that was working at ~11pm on Dec 15th 2021, DESERVES a shout out. That poor fella was working a Burger King ALONE and somehow still maintained a composed and friendly service. If his position is one that can be promoted. That dude should get promoted. Btw, the food was great. Puts McDonald's to shame.
