Donatos Pizza

I waited 45 minutes for my order and they had to remake it because they messed it up. Thankfully they caught it and it ended up being delicious, just wish it would have been a little quicker. The staff was really friendly too and apologized for the wait. Plant based pepperoni is amazing! Even if you eat regular pepperoni you should give it a try, delicious flavor and not greasy.

I understand that there is a labor shortage and that they’re understaffed. However, we paid for extra pepperoni and was definitely not given that. I get it, inflation has caused food prices to skyrocket. If that’s the case, then raise the prices but give people what they expect and paid for. Donatos was known for putting lots of pepperoni on their pizzas so there shouldn’t be any excuse for what we received tonight.

My order was wrong. I came from out of town and was staying at a hotel. I ordered the all meat pizza on thick crust and they gave me pepperoni pizza on thin crust. I tried to call them about it and waited 45 min with no answer. The small sausage pizza I ordered was burnt and the cauliflower crust pizza I ordered didn't have any sauce on it. Not to mention the food was cold. This place sucks.

I don’t care to order from 3rd party delivery services. I ordered direct from the Donatos website and received an email that my pizza left the building. 40 minutes later I got a call from DoorDash asking how to deliver. I asked if they had the address, and they said they did. Bottom line is that they didn’t want to get out of their car to deliver the pizza. When they finally did, I had cold food and no option to adjust the tip. I called the Bellevue location, and was on hold until I was disconnected. Their service is horrible and the food was not good.

They have really good pizza. We ate inside the restaurant and it was not over crowded and we had no wait. It was also clean. You do have to get your own plates just in case you don't know. We ordered 2 pizzas. I love that they covered the entire pizza with toppings. We ordered a very veggie and I loved how big the veggies were. The next pizza was a half sausage and pepperoni. The toppings were perfect. I'm not a fan of all the sauce, but my husband liked it a lot.
