Spectacular river views are the raisin d’être here. Capacious bar and outdoor patio, plenty of space to accommodate large groups. Dinner options were excellent. Service was inconsistent, but warm.

We had such a nice lunch here on a beautiful day! We sat out on the patio where they have heaters and a screen patio which overlooks the Mississippi! Such a beautiful view and great food.
We got 2 pizzas (buffalo chicken and carnivore), both had great taste! We really liked the buffalo chicken!! We also got done cheese curds and pretzel bites. The berry sauce that came with the cheese curds could use a little spice to it, but still good. We also got Thunderboat Row signature drink and those were SUPER tasty!! I would love to have an appetizer sampler because they all sounded really good. Overall a really nice place and I highly recommend it.

They brag about their new chef and new menu....it may be OK for a sandwich but we had the Korean Pork Shank which tasted like it was rotten, might have been some weird wine they used, but it was uneatable, not even our dog wanted any.
Then I got Creamy lobster, shrimp, scallops and crab served over
garlic cream Cavatappi. OK, sounds great, right? Until you realize that the lobster, shrimp non existent scallops and crab are of the Louis Rich fake seafood kind and the macaroni is over cooks and stuck together, again the dog gave it two paws down.
Gorgeous view, though, just stick to simple sandwiches.
Servers were at best, indifferent.

Great food and drinks. Expensive but this is place Is worth trying. It was $64 for 2 drinks 1 appetizer and 2 entrees - so delicious though! BEAUTIFUL VIEWS of the water!!

It’s ok bar food, nothing more nothing less. We wouldn’t order the pizza again but the dip was all right. The drinks were the best part of the experience but they took FOREVER to come out. The bartenders still aren’t familiar with the drink menu and constantly looking back and forth at the ingredients causing it to take 10+ minutes for a cocktail, even though there’s 3 of them at all times. Not a ton of variety on the menu but fine for a place you don't go that frequently. We were very unimpressed and disappointed by them using paper plates for dining, at a restaurant. Not only is it not eco friendly, but it really takes away from the ambiance. That being said, the remodel is nice and it is nice to look at although not super functional. There are only bar seating and tables, no booths or anything comfortable. It is definitely designed to be in and out, no hanging around. You have to get out of the chairs after 30 min to 1 hour otherwise you're uncomfortable. 3 stars for the cocktails, staff and remodel. I am hopeful it will improve when the pool is finished and more experience for the bartenders.

In the past the "knock" at Off Shore has been the poor service. I ate there recently on a busy Saturday and we had LITERALLY 3 different people ask how we were doing. One kid asked three times from the time we received our appetizers and the main course.... And he didn't stop there! It was a running gag about how often they'd come back. As I said to the people I was with.. Better 15 times than not once.

The Good:
A beautiful location, with very polite staff, and decent food. The restaurant has an open lower deck seating and screen enclosed deck seating, as well as a interior bar. The menu was a bit short when I went, with a verity of pizzas, three burgers options, and a few apps that all seem about the size of full entrées. They also have a reasonable drink menu, but nothing too elaborate. All and all, if you're looking for a place to take a date, or if you're staying at the hotel, it's not a bad choice.
The Bad:
The wait times can heavily vary, regardless of how busy they appear, but tend to be fairly long. This seems to occasionally result in a forgotten order or two in bigger groups, and in big groups those wait times definitely increased substantially. Pair this with a slightly more expensive menu for what you get, and it is a bit tedious.
The Ugly:
The Calzone was slightly larger then a hot pocket, though good, I don't think that was worth 15$ for 2 toppings, or the 1.5$ per additional topping. Not by a long shot.
