Starbucks

I have to give them 5 stars even thought I didn't get what I ordered. We drove a long way and I needed a bit of caffeine to wake me up, but I can only do tea. I placed an order at the drive thru and there were only 2 cars in front of us, but it was too slow. We waited patiently until it was our turn and the guy told us they didn't have my order. I was so disappointed, but he was very apologetic and was trying to offer me other stuff. The other girl came and apologized as well, and the other one. I was frustrated and disappointed but they sincerely behavior got me. I can't yell at them. They provided me a substitute drink and all that, they were so nice. Bless those kids. Please pay them well. They are working hard.

The WORST Starbucks in this area.. first of all they have more expensive prices than the others around. Drinks majority of the time are wrong especially when that girl with the short fade makes them! Plus she’s rude. Last but not least they are always out of something!! They are definitely in last place!

They gave me the wrong size drink and I politely told them that. She went and immediately got a manager and the manager proceeded to tell me that they can't change a mobile order (which I already know) and that it was a fault on my part. I told her I had ordered a Grande, not a tall through the app and she kept telling me the same thing. I then asked "I ordered a Grande, not a tall ma'am, through the mobile app, im asking why I got a tall instead of a Grande if i i ordered a Grande", and she looked at me like I was incompetent. On both receipts it says Grande, not tall. She offered to make me a new one and said that it was not changed (again since they can't change the mobile order) and again proceeded to say it was a fault on my part. I left since she was continuously rude with me and would not listen.

Usually this location is great, but the last few times I have been here it takes 20+ minutes to get through the drive thru and then by the time I get to the window to get my online order, it is Luke warm. Also went yesterday and there was a black finger print on the lid. I had to throw my coffee away.
