Sonic Drive-in

Went there a couple of days ago. I have the app and tried to use it to get the 1/ priced drinks, but it wasn't working properly. I asked if they could give me the 1/2 price deal even though the the app wasn't operating properly and was told no. Its not my fault your app was not working. I drove off because I refuse to pay over $6 dollars for 2 drinks when I can just go across the street to #H.E.B my favorite grocery store and by sodas and have enough to put in the fridge for another day. I dont know if I'll be back anytime soon. My patronage of this establishment is now on hold. #disappointed

Ordered icrean floats came with almost no icream called hop to car she went to manager she said manager would not remake them so I ask for my money back manager came to car said she did not want to refund money because she knew that they were right very rude unprofessional person I have businesses. In this area and if my manager treated people like that they would be terminated immediately. What you have at this store is not a manager she is not even fit to be dish washer.

I do not recommend ordering desserts from here. Ordered a simple strawberry sundae and it was all syrupy....hardly any actual ice cream. Anytime I have ordered a sundae from here it is like they do not know how to make them. Gobs and gobs of gooey syrup and barely any actual ice cream. It looks like they put a toddler in charge of toppings. When we order a burger meal it's just as bad. The burgers are luke warm and the buns taste old. I did not even bother to eat it, when I got home I tossed it in the garbage. Will not be going to this place again. Only reason it gets 1 star is is because it does not have the option of giving negative #s or 0 stars. I will drive to harker heights or temple to get ice cream before coming here for anything.

The blast is supposed to have strawberry in it. None to be seen or tasted and the bottom of the cup is just vanilla ice cream. The other is supposed to be a strawberry shake. It is basically vanilla ice cream in a cup. The only reason I leave a review is because this has happened multiple times. Definitely will drive to the adams location from now on.
