The two women at the first and second window working early this morning around 1:30-2:00 a.m. (07/03/2022) were phenomenal and understanding of my obnoxiously long, late night munchies order. I’ve never received bad customer service through the drive-thru and I’ve stopped here a couple times in the past few months. I only wish they served ice cream past midnight, though. I don’t get off of work until then and there’s no where else to get ice cream on hot days/nights after my shift.

one Register is cash only, and the other is only for them to take drive thru orders. The kiosk is a pain, but the employees are nice and were helpful. They did make mine, my sister and my nieces burgers wrong but we only had my nieces burger remade, and they were so fast and nice about it. The restaurant was clean and restrooms too. The food came pretty fast too, especially considering how packed they were. The employees were handling very well.

No sodas available. Had a hankering for pancakes so I tried theirs in a big breakfast. Filled me up! Fast service & friendly money taker & delivery. Lots of parking at this McDonald's.

The McDonald's in Belton TX was very clean and had some very respectful employees. The bench seating was perfect for all of the kids that we had and all of the adults, so it worked out well for us. The only thing that Demolition Man got wrong about the future was the fact that McDonald's is/will be the fancy restaurant of 2025 😎👌🏼

Same food quality across all establishments, the LAME and INCOMPETENT customer service is pretty much universal with McDonald’s also. If you want any condiments make sure you ask before you hit the road, they don’t add any unless you ask. Same with napkins, they don’t add any.

This is the 3rd time my order has been wrong! wasn’t given all my food took 20 minutes to get my food and it was cold and it still wasn’t even all the food do not recommend this Mcdonald’s and the manager will definitely be hearing from us!
