The worst experience with getting take out ever. The manager on duty would not speak to me as I was in a crop top and heels, I had to flag down the girl in the window to help me with a time frame of when my order would be finished when I ordered on the app and it gave me a time it would be finished. It wasn’t done at that time it was finished 28 minutes later. When walking into the building there was a tent set up with political campaigns and flags and banners set up and people intimidating me as I walked in to get my food. I will never go back to this location and KFC as a corporation should be ashamed of the way their managers treat their guests and by the fact that they let a political tent in their parking lot.

Tried getting our food at the Grandview location tonight because it's closer but they were so rude we canceled our order. Drove to Belton as a last resort afraid of having a similar experience but the woman working the window was so polite! We had a pretty big order but they had it out in under 5 minutes, woman at the window double checked if we needed any condiments or plates/utensils and was just all around so efficient and nice! Great experience, won't go to any other location.

Ordered the 2 piece, leg thigh combo original to go. The girls working the drive through window were very helpful, making certain of my selection, including butter or honey for my biscuit. Everything was fresh and hot. We really like KFC, but hadn't eaten there for awhile. It did seem a little salty, so i circled back around for a glass of water which they gave me gratis. Very good experience today.

Ordered online and they forgot part of our order. My daughter went back to pick up the missing item. They argued with her insisting that we were mistaken and that there was no chance they made a mistake. We tried calling before sending her down and the phone only had a busy signal and wouldn't go through. They finally gave her the missing part of the order but gave her quite an attitude about it. Just surprised as we have never had an issue in the past. Just make sure to check your order before leaving.
