Gatti's Pizza

My husband and I go to this location all the time. We have never had a bad experience. They always ask if we would like any certain kind if pizza on the buffet,food is fresh, and employees are always friendly. Restaurant is clean also. Employees are always picking up plates and cleaning the area. If there is something that is missing on salad bar all you have to do is ask for it and they get it out as fast as they can.

Dear Mr. Gatti's Owner, Clearly you have failed to listen to your dissatisfied customers. I only wish I would have read the reviews before my horrible experience. First issue, all items on the pasta bar were completely dried out and crusty. At 6:00 PM, this is 100% unacceptable. Are you listening? Your employees had plenty of time to lean, but no time to clean. I asked repeatedly for a manager and no one would come over. The pizza should have been enjoyable but was not. Why would a simple pepperoni pizza taste sweet on the edges? Because the same pizza cutter is used on desserts...a clear indication that employees do not care. The salad bar? I took one look and ran away. Please do not bother responding with the tired, generic response you have provided to all the others. Get serious about running a business or close the doors.

This was a hard place to review. The food was good but the service was lacking. The first person we encountered obviously would have rather been anywhere but there. She seemed to just hate her job in general and was very unhelpful. No prices for the buffet were posted you just had to guess or ask or assume you could afford it. When I asked about the gluten-free crust, the response was "that's if we have it". Listen, if you offer it, keep it stocked. Simple as that. I'm like every other customer and shouldn't have to guess it I can eat at your restaurant. Lastly, they messed up my pizza the first time and we're kind enough to tell me they were making another but as my friends ate and I asked if could get the salad bar since I was having to wait longer, I was told if have to pay for that. Um okay, what am I getting for having to wait twice as long for my food? Nothing. That's right, nothing. Meanwhile, she gave the kid in front of me 50% off and took his word for it that he was a college student even though he "forgot his ID". All that being said, the pizza was fabulous and I'd definitely eat it again. I will just call ahead and do carry out. Not a fan of the restaurant or the people working there.

First time I stopped in here for the pizza buffet (we moved from the Austin area and super miss DDaves). Stopped in around 2:30 for a late lunch. There wasn't much on the buffet, but when we were paying they asked what we wanted. We requested and they delivered. Nothing like eating super fresh pizza on a buffet, made especially for you! The kitchen staff lady was super friendly and kind, and did a wonderful job taking care of her customers. We'll be back!

This restaurant looks like it's being managed by teenagers. We would have gone somewhere else had we seen the condition of the place before we paid. The salad bar looked like it hadn't been touched since they opened that morning (we are there at 3pm), with lettuce floating around in water and pudding that was forming a skin. Tables sat with dirty dishes on them the entire time we were there, even though there were only 3 families dining and at least three employees present. Both the men's and women's restrooms had clogged toilets, and minimal, if any, toilet paper and hand soap. The only saving grace for this place was fresh pizza was added onto the buffet every 5 -10 minutes, so at least that was fresh. Unfortunately, judging by the lack of cleanliness in the rest of the restaurant, I'm a little concerned we may be racing for a restroom sometime soon.

Well I decided to have my sons birthday party here... Bad idea. They were VERY rude and made nasty comments because we wanted fresh pizza out for all of our guests. The manager had a nasty attitude as well any time we asked for anything. We spent well over $160 for everyone to feel uncomfortable!!!! Never again if i could give a -0 i would!

We arrived at around 6pm Saturday 10/10/15. It took two gentlemen 5 minutes to run our credit card. The Soda machine was not working, but there was someone there trying to repair it. We tried to get tea and the tea dispenser was empty, we had to wait for the tea to be changed out. The tables were dirty and we had to clear cups and napkins off of a table before we could even sit down. Then the salad bar was nearly empty, I had to ask for more lettuce and ranch dressing, things on the salad bar were a mess, things mixed in with other things, peppers were slimey, and the dressing bottles were all very dirty and covered in dressing. The pizza was not cooked all the way, the cheese was not even melted. There was no pasta and only a small bit of crunchy old mac and cheese. The cheese bread had sugar on the bottom of it, like they used the wrong pan or something. WASTE OF MONEY!!!!

My husband and I came to eat here today, and after 7 years, you'd think the prices, experience, and overall service would get better than what they were. Well, you'd just so happen to be wrong when entering Gatti's Pizza in Belton! When we entered, our server had us wait for her to finish counting money, which mind you took a whole five minutes. I noticed that two of the three menu screens were not on, and hadn't even told you the price of the buffet. So you just had to guess if you could afford it. Turns out, a buffet for 2 will cost you nearly 20 dollars at Gatti's Pizza, and lets just say: It is not worth it. We walk up to the buffet and there's no labels to tell you what's on the pizza, the difference between the two sauces on the buffet bar. Not to mention there was no spaghetti when we got in, the pizza was not warm at all, and in general it sucked. We go to the cartoon room for nostalgia purposes, yet it was blocked off, for "Party Reservations", yeah, AS IF they even had people go in anymore! So we sit down at the table in the main room, the tv's aren't on, there's no music, nothing. We read reviews on Google, and as were reading, we hear "Fresh noodles!" From the buffet, so I'm like "Oh cool, noodles" so we go get spaghetti, the noodles are way too over cooked and the place they sat in was only half full. Oh and also; the arcade room has 5 of the 11 games broken, sad. This place, to say the least, is pathetic. Do not go there unless you want to have a bad time.
