Sonic Drive-in

Placed an app order while sitting in the parking lot - checked in after. Had to wait 15 minutes for 2 burritos and a fry. After it said that the order was on the way, carhop ran to my car, and yet my food was cold. Carhop was friendly and nice and would rate him 5 stars. But food quality and wait time when there was only 2 other cars, is why it's getting a 1 star and I won't be back to this location.

Meh….lots of room for improvement. Really hope my popcorn chicken comes with chicken next time. Ordered a medium and 3 actually had chicken. The rest looked like the leftovers from the bottom of the grease pan. Plus: drinks are always good and 1/2 price on the APP. Saves you a long wait as they tend to have slower service at this location.

Food was out faster than i could get my wallet out. I wanted to tip the kid but i didn't have any cash. SONIC why isn't there an option to tip your carhops when paying with a card?! That should be the customers decision, not yours! I hope that you can't remedy this soon. You could have happier and higher paid employees if you did! 🤑💯

Me and my son ordered a couple drinks during a very busy time( happy hour). They had several people they got taken care of very quickly. In and out constantly. Anyways a young lady brought us out 1 drink and said 2nd was on way. We did not even wait long and she brought out 2nd drink. Taylor was awesome and so polite . Thanks Taylor for the awesome service

Ordered very simple order. Ordered chilli on my burger didn't get it as well as Texas toast and didn't get that either. Ordered a grape nerd slush the slush is completely watered down and no nerds in it. Card machines don't work so u have to wait for them to come back and didn't get napkins with order so had to wait for the order. I love spending money and not getting what I wanted! Every time my roommate and I try to get a lunch from this location we get Mozzarella sticks. And every time I have to wait after Recieving my food for someone to answer to ask for marinara that is supposed to come with the order. I even ask the carhop and still have to press the button. The last time 2 times we couldn’t even enjoy our food because it was cold by the time I got the sauce. And waited for over an hour from the time I received food to the time I spoke to somebody. We are not going to come back if I have to wait an hour to get something that comes with my order.
