I had a great time at this location! We came in for dinner pretty late in the evening, and was immediately met with friendly staff. Lots of attention from our server, very warm and caring all around. Food was delicious and perfectly cooked! My only regret is not saving enough room to have some dessert ;)

Deborah was a great waitress. Food came out hot and fast. Didn't have a single issue. We visit this location probably once a month or every few months and have never had an issue that wasn't resolved. Wings were hot. Pasta with blackened shrimp was delicious. I feel other reviews are just people who like to complain 😬
It's an Applebee's, not some 5 star restaurant on the plaza. Ya get what you can afford to pay for. It's a great place for a nice casual dinner and some cheap drinks.

Waitress was terrible. Waited 20 min after being seated for drinks. She was also tending the bar. She should stay behind the bar. Also she was training a new Waitress. I wouldn't have her training. Food was ok. Manager needs to not have his staff doing bar and tables.

Service was good but the spinach dip was not hot and chips were a bit stale. However the oriental chicken salad was good and fresh. The real reason for three stars was that the food took over thirty minutes and there was only four tables in the entire restaurant being used and two had already received their food

This Applebees need to shut down, it’s the worst I ever been to. My waitress Victoria B “tori” was completely rude and was gossiping the whole time to coworkers. I’m never coming back here again.

Fantastic dining experience! The restaurant was very clean, bathrooms were immaculate, servers were very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu items, meals were fantastic, and the manager was very involved with the floor operations. I was very impressed with this place! I'll most definitely be back!

I ordered brownie bites with my meal on ToGo. It was supposed to come with ice cream, and it came with this tiny splash of ice cream. They gave me way more dressing than they did ice cream. I had even tipped them ahead of time.

Not a good experience. Took 10 minutes just to get a waiter. There’s only one other person (customer) besides me. Ordered a red sangria, nasty (didn’t have an ingredients). Ordered a Oriental salad and was told that they didn’t have all of the ingredients and it would take a lot longer for the salad to finish. My food was over cooked and nasty. Was told they are understaffed. I wonder why😂 Bad experience. Don’t Go!!!!
