Wow 😲 delicious smoked chicken wings . The sause was garlicky the right amount of salt and not to hot 👍 everything here is so delicious 😋

I had 1/2 rack of baby back ribs that had a nice char on them, and a perfect amount of BBQ sauce on them. My boyfriend ordered the brisket plate, and it was very tender! Our food was ready in no time. Lastly, we had the Mac and cheese and what a great surprise. I always get Mac & cheese, but usually eat a few bites and put it down. Not this Mac & cheese! It was delicious.

Had pulled pork and brisket sandwiches. Big with lots of meat. Good sauces will try ribs next time. Nice ladies running the joint.

Brisket was delicious , mac n cheese was delicious. The potatoes au gratin was one of the best potato dishes I’ve ever eaten. Highly recommended

Delish! We were in the bend area looking for some grub and stumbled upon Baldys because it was closest! It was so good, everyone loved their dish!

Excellent tender brisket and spicy ribs - the best we've had in awhile. Highly recommend both the fries and corn pudding for sides and the draft root beer is sweet and delicious. We must have chosen the right minute to enter as there was only one other group, but a few minutes later there was a line up and all tables were full. The staff was excellent - always smiling and friendly to everyone, even those that interrupted him while he was serving others. Awesome customer service worthy of recognition.

I asked a dozen or so people around town where the best BBQ in Bend is. This is it. I ordered the brisket, honey-jalapeño cornbread and garlic mashed potatoes - it was delicious and reasonably priced for the amount of food. VERY friendly staff and patrons. Apparently BBQ isn't a huge part of Bend culture, but there is good BBQ to be found and it's here.

This place is must visit! We came from Salem, and this was the best BBQ l ever had. Generous portion, and we only order one combo set and still take some home with us. The root beer on tap tests so good. The waitperson is very care about customers and gives service right away, which made this place even more MUST.

Baldy's Barbeque is the most pleasant place in Bend, Or.
simple, friendly, and gooood as we never had it before.
We had spare ribs and tried the brisquets : a killer.
Definitely N°1 in our trip (two months) around the Rockies and some 50 stops in restaurants. ($ 35 to 100 for two).
