Goody's Soda Fountain & Candy

Goody's is a fun little spot to stop for ice cream, especially on a warm day. They have a lot of other sweet treats and plush toys. The young people working there seem to have fun and add to the pleasant atmosphere. The scoops are huge and the price per scoop reflects that. They have a good selection of flavors including some sorbet.

Goodies are so delicious. So many awesome confections to choose from. The ice cream sold here is absolutely delicious. There are not too many flavors to choose from, but what is there is absolutely fresh and amazing. My daughter and I had the marian berry ice cream which was certainly something to write home about.

Goody’s is a Bend institution, and their chocolates and ice creams are top-notch. I’d like to eventually try all their flavors, but the brownie batter and strawberry have both been great so far, and their servings are generous! Be prepared to pay a premium for the chocolates - we’ve never left without spending at least $20 for a not-especially-enormous box. The only thing that throws me off about Goody’s is the plethora of giant-eyed stuffed animals they also sell here…it gives me the feeling that I’m intruding on an environment intended primarily for the satiation of children, rather than a classy spot for adults who need dessert.

I've been a fan of this place since I was a kid and while visiting for a wedding we stopped in. I can only find sea foam candy here and it is definitely just as I remembered! There were only 2 people out on the floor and a young man was only helping customers, but he was wonderful! The interior was definitely not what I remembered tho it seemed bare. Either way the treats were delicious! Thank you!
