First thing I noticed was that 90% of the customers were Mexican laborers having lunch. That tells me it is probably authentic. I ordered a taco and burrito. Either one would have been enough. They were not the skinny little things you get at most Bend food carts.

What do you get when you mix a McDonalds style fast food building with Mexican food? This place!
Food is excellent, probably some of the best authentic Mexican food i have had in the PNW. I am docking them a star because they have plastic forks and knives for dine in customers, which make it very hard to eat a platter style meal here. I believe they have a drive through so that problem disappears at home.

Sausage breakfast burrito was great.
Such a comfy place idk how to explain it. I honestly drifted off, and when i say drifted off I don’t mean fall asleep i mean my spirit left my body. I think i saw my future kids and family and a giant face stared at me out of a dark abyss and smiled at me in a loving way. Like a knowing way. A smile that told me that he understands me more than i know myself. Waking and finding myself still alive in Taco Salsa brought tears to my eyes and a need to call my mom. Great place!!! 👍

Came here after 10 pm for a late night snack. Service was very friendly, food was fantastic. Love the salsa bar and spicy carrots. Exactly what we’d hoped when we stumbled across it. Will be back often!

My wife and I love their breakfast burritos, so I have used their drive thru for years, but last week I went in. I was happy to see how busy it was. It is very clean, people are very friendly, it is a fun place to eat lunch. Really good food and friendly staff.

Great fast food Mexican, food was good quality every time we stopped in (3x over the weekend).
One of the only places open 24 hours in Bend.
Prices were very reasonable, especially when considering the quantity of the food, burritos were massive!!
Definitely will be back next time I'm in Bend!

I’ve come to learn, that Mexican Restaurants with the laziest names, serve the very BEST food!!!! I’d walk back to Bend (from Canada) for another taste of Taco Salsa

100% Worth the drive across town! Only good option when I get off work, I come here all the time. They are super friendly with a sprinkle of soup natsi vibes. FAFO
