Nando's

A great restaurant with very friendly staff and great food. It is getting crowded at peak times and staff at times, unable to reach out to everyone and probably that is the reason some negative comments in here. The staff they do their best and I would recommend it and it is probably my favorite in Bendigo.

Last night, I have to go to this dining, because I haven't eaten, my friend recommended this very delicious, enter the store, the clerk tells the number of restrictions on the spot, I want to wait for the other guests to use the dinner, first wait for the store to wait for about 20 minutes I think the store should be obliged to come out and inform the customers that they can eat inside, because the customer will never know whether the store is cleaned up and whether it is ready. If even the basics are not fully serviced, it is really unnecessary to open. What I saw is A group of employees chatted together, and no one was willing to come out and tell the guests who had been waiting for nearly 30 minutes to eat inside. It was too exaggerated. I will definitely tell my family and friends in Taiwan that this is a store with only zero service points, and I highly do not recommend it.

The number of people was limited at the time. We told the service staff that we wanted to use it internally, but the service staff said that they were not sure how long to wait. As a result, we waited outside for half an hour and then gave seats to other guests. Is it too much? The reason given to us is because he didn't walk in again? I don't understand what bad service attitude this is. I didn't expect it would be so unpleasant the first time I came to eat.

Me and my wife love the atmosphere in the restraunt and the food is very nice. You can choose the level of spice in your food which is convenient for people with different spice tolerances. The chicken is cooked to perfection with classic nandos spices and seasoning. Worth the price for the food you get.

Really disgusted with my visit today. Ordered two meals both with sweet potato fries, they were coated in salt like covered completely and unedible couldn’t even taste the fries 🤮. Went to the counter and a girl with glasses was nothing but rude to myself and my sister, rolling her eyes at us and making us feel uncomfortable, not a single apology just an extremely rude attitude and made myself and sister feel horrible about making a complaint but had to as serving food that salty could do serious damage to someone’s health. Would of been a different experience if she had of apologised or made us not feel so awful for making a complaint. Used to love this place but definitely not going back!!!
