After reading the reviews I was quite pleasantly surprised.
The reception staff where very Friendly and radiographer was really lovely and extremely helpful. This isn't the first time I've been here and have had good experiences those times as well.

On behalf of my wife who was treated rudely by reception staff. Although she presented in a groggy state straight out of an anesthetic all they cared about was money. The first thing out of their mouths on the way in was "there will be a charge". Then she was put in a tiny room and left to sit on her own for over an hour. The radiology staff were nice but then on the way out with nothing but the clothes she was standing up in she was again harassed about immediate payment - "you have to settle the account today - weren't you told you would have to pay?" Difficult with no purse and coming straight from hospital operating theatre!

Service is disgusting. I am in a wheelchair, was not asked if I needed help, was forced to have internal ultrasound even though my slip only said pelvic ultrasound. I was then thrown the box of tissues which fell on the floor. She didn't offer to pick them up. Thanks JANELLE you ruined my Easter..
