I sincerely think these people should close their drive through. Whats the point if i always have to go in the store. Always they give WRONG orders. Today was strange they no only gave wrong order but also pretty stale food. Lots to do to get this place up to scratch. I hope the McDonald team reviews who is running this show here. If it happened to me 3 times I am sure this has happened to a lot of people. After they fixed it there was another mistake. NOT GOING THERE AGAIN.

Update - this place is so sub-par it is infuriating. Simple drive-thru order wrong not once, not twice but thrice (and twenty three minutes wait). To add insult to injury, they can't even make a Coke right (see picture)
Update - place is still ordinary. The smallest, coldest QTR pounder seen alive. There's more raw onion than meat?
Here with two kids for 10 mins now. Place is mostly empty. Kids playground is covered in rubbish, tables are all dirty. Got our food eventually and it's not on the positive side of the ledger. Fries are stale which is a surprise as it took a while for our food to come out. UPDATE Drive thru - be sure to check before leaving. I got the wrong order and a warm flat coke. Shouldn't be this hard? Place has gone downhill very quickly. Fries also half full? UPDATE - has gotten even worse. Drive thru is disgraceful. Check your order before you leave.

Food is standard Macca's if you like that stuff. Coffee is drinkable. The menus rarely work properly. Staff is good. Cheerful and polite.

this mcdonald’s is a disgrace. as a previous fast food worker, i know how hard it is to be crew and deal with abusive customers. this is a complaint about the management. it saddens me to see regular crew and managers being belittled and yelled at by what seems to be a higher up manager at your store, i cannot remember the store managers name but i think it starts with a T. what gives this person the right to treat regular staff as if they are less than, why is this not punished?

Management was absolutely disgusting. The manager running this store (lemon shaped head) talks to customers like they are so far below herself that they should be treated like complete rubbish. While I was at this store, not only was I yelled at for no reason, but also a group of very young girls were yelled at, for bringing scooters inside the ‘restaurant’. I understand why they couldn’t, howeve I don’t understand why they were yelled at and treated with no respect. I hope the next time I go to this Mcdonald’s, that cow isn’t mooing at me for no reason. I wish I had photos to share of her sitting in a room with a customer, not doing any work. She is obviously higher up and I have seen numerous complaints about her and management. Get rid of her if you want to start seeing some positive results!

I never eat at McChildren's. I see all the SUV's in the drive thru and I just think, "They're children, without adult taste buds", who can't make decisions, who haven't experienced real food. And they achieve unhealthy weights. I can do that on nice food.
It's sad. Plastic cheese etc., I've been with people who do what ever their children want. I've tried it maybe six times in 40 years. It's got worse if anything. You can get real hamburgers at fish and chip shops. What are they thinking?

3 hamburgers, they didn't put onions and pickles on one of them. Also the product range in this McDonald's is not as in others. Only a few of the normal products here.
Worst experience in a Mc'es so far.
