It's a small place with a good variety of chocolates. Orange rind/peel mould chocolates are a must try but they stopped it now.

Tried 5 different varieties. Excellent taste (one of the best I've tasted in the name of Ooty chocolates).
Staff is very polite and helpful.
I read some reviews about packaging needing improvement.
Looks like the feedback has been worked upon. They have neat little boxes to pack the chocolates.
They also have tin boxes for sale at a reasonable price.
I bought 3 different types of tin boxes which increased the value of gifting the chocolates.
Overall it was a good experience.
Only thing to improve upon is the variety of chocolates.
Having said that, the shop had all the basic varieties that are a must try!
