The best chai I’ve had in recent times. Assam tea powder did its job 👍. If you are looking for delicious tea with awesome atmosphere Chai point got your back. I really loved the environment and the seating designs and the tea itself. I’d definitely visit again and have some tea.

This is inside the mall ground floor. Service should have been improved. May be additional staffs required to handle take away. There is a sitting area but people from other foods stall come and sit. That should have been managed.

Had this combo Ginger Chai and Banana Cake.... It was very nice to have it and further the platform reserved for Chai Point was really cozy...

Booked a takeaway from Zomato and sat at the seating area and enjoyed the food. This ensures both better discounts and the comforts of a cafe. Cozy place. Food was okay. Kokum iced tea tastes better than cranberry iced tea. The seating would have had great views of the malls and passers-by but the escalator blocks the view.

Love their ginger tea. But all other teas and coffee that is offered is full of flavour and simply superb. They also have some lip-smacking short eats and snacks to go with the chai. Additionally they also sell tea leaves.
The service has improved from the earlier months, and now, they serve well.
