I ordered a wrap and received a half wrap. The frustrating part is when I got home and called the girl insisted with me that, that’s how they make it. It was 4 inches long. I appreciated the manager calling us back and had them make another order. Just check your order before you leave the place. The Sophie salads/wraps are delicious!

I went to get lunch after 1 and we entered with one other person in front of us. There was three of us and we told the lady our orders at least 2 times because she couldn't hear and kept asking us to repeat what we said and she missed something on my order. It took so long for her to take our order that a line builtup behind us. When I got my smokey BBQ crispy chicken wrap there was what looked like chicken in it, but when I bit into it it was just a bunch of breading. Also there was no smokey BBQ taste or any BBQ sauce.I would consider the wrap a vegetarian option. Very disappointing to see. Never going back.

Got the standard Greek salad off the menu, no changes or substitutions. There was hardly anything in it....a few cucumbers, very few slices of red onion & maybe 3 or 4 olives. The worst part is the price, nearly $11, for basically a bowl of lettuce & the bowl wasn’t even full. Will not return. The Greek salad at Panera is actually better

Got three salads to go with salad dressing on the side I have a 45-minute trip back home got home and the salads were totally soggy call them they said a manager would call me back never got a call back for days later I called them again they said a manager will call you back still nobody called me back....
