I had a large catering order delivered for a picnic and it was a great experience. Easy working with Adam on solidifying the menu, arrived on time and hot --- everyone loved it and we were very impressed!

My employer had the food truck come to work. I was impressed with the service. Although there was a long line they prepared the food quickly. The cactus blue staff were friendly and efficient. It was the first time eating from them. I had beef tacos, rice and beans and dessert. The food was fresh and tasty. I definitely would go to there restaurant

Visited the food truck at the South Mall yesterday!!! I had the loaded pork nachos, they were loaded nicely, I didn't have any bare chips and they held the toppings very well. Went back for some Baja fish tacos, nice crunch on the fish, fresh red cabbage slaw, yum! My wife enjoyed the taco platter which came with rice and beans, good portions, soft shells were lightly toasted which is how we like em. The walking taco looked amazing too. Will definitely be hitting up the truck throughout the summer! Thank you Cactus Blue Truck!

Awesome food, beautiful atmosphere and wonderful staff make this one of the top Mexican restaurants. - don’t forget its BYOB - bring your tequila or rum and get the awesome margaritas!

Favorite place for Mexican food. Everything we have had has been excellent from fish tacos to enchiladas to chimichangas. Love their chips and home made salsa. We get takeout out every month and sometimes eat in. Can't beat BYOB!

Great authentic Mexican chow at affordable prices! BYOB helps keep drink costs down. My wife and I spent $30 plus a $6 tip & had dinner the next evening. My kind of evening out!

We have been to Cactus Blue quite a few times and the food is always fresh, hot, and delicious. Portion size is good so one should never leave hungry. We've always been very satisfied with our meals. We're always too full for their great desserts.

They were busy but the service was quick and the food was tasty. I shared a chimichanga with my daughter and we really enjoyed it. The chips were yummy
