Wow. This is a must. Absolutely delightful. Take note- I visited at 9:00am on a Thursday morning and she was almost completely sold out. What she had left was remarkable. The almond croissant was buttery flaky heaven with a hint of almond in the center. The Danishes were even better. Everything simply made and beautifully presented. This gem of a European treasure in downtown Billings should not be missed. Go early. Go often.

Best danish/pastry I have had since I was a child over in Leavenworth, WA. When you walk in you can just smell the freshness! Highly recommend being there right when she opens or close to because once she sells out (and she will) then she is closed for the day! Will definitely be back here when I am in Billings again!

Small shop run by Veronika herself. The variety was less than I had hoped for, but Veronika said she adapted her offerings to fulfill the desires of the local customers. That seems like a good way to do business.

Best pastries in town! I love the true European style pastries with the lovely texture and wonderful flavor! Worth every penny! Go early because she sells out often by 11 am!

The pastries are super yummy! The dough is light & crispy and the fillings have magnificent flavor and aren't sickly sweet or covered in goopy icing like most pastries. I love that Veronika makes what she feels like for the day, so every visit is an adventure!
