Starbucks

Second they have a humble employee named Wayne, who is some kind of customer service savant. He should be paid by Starbucks to teach others in the art of customer service and connection. I know that he actually has a Facebook following, just him. Our kids adore him and ask us to go through the drive-thru to say hi. The whole staff is great and Starbucks, take notice, learn from this store, this is an example where all the pistons are firing.

The girl at the drive thru tried to pocket $3 that she was supposed to give back to me. I didn't think much of it but she had it sitting on top of the till which didn't sit right with me. I'm a barista myself and you should never assume anything is a tip unless you're told it is! On top of the sub par customer service and then this experience, I think I'd rather take my money elsewhere.

I have enjoyed this location many times as the west end one's are closed so much in fact the one at the mall is listed as temporarily closed. But Sunday got in drive thru line behind 2 other cars at 6:50, website says they opened at 0600. It seemed to take alot of time, about 10 minutes for each car in front of me. So I had been in line for about 20 minutes when it was my turn. No one talked to me, I said hello several times and believing the speaker might be broken I drove up to the window. 3 women were working inside pouring water and doing things. I kept looking at them but believed they were avoiding eye contact. Then they came over and opened the window. 2 women stood there and one said we don't take window orders you will have to pull around and get in line again. Well,,,,that didn't happen, if I never go there again it will be too soon. Been to 100s of Starbucks in many states and 2 countries and never had a worse experience . The sign on the speaker said if you are having a problem please pull forward to the window. They do take window orders. I like the taste of the coffee but I like Legacy, Black Dog and Heidi's Coffee Cabin too.

First off. Doesn’t even deserve a one star. Honestly livid after hearing about my boyfriends experience this morning. Considering mine have been fine.. He calls, not really much of a Starbucks guy to start with, and asks to place an order. Says some kid acted snoody with guy like it was a hastle for him on the phone, but told him “k sounds good” and hung up on him. My boyfriend shows up.. and says he placed an order.. taller brunette gal and said kid give eachother a nasty look and say they don’t take orders unless they’re bigger orders and he’s going to have to wait and place a new one. Now why wouldn’t you tell him that on the phone in the first place? He didn’t know? Could have copped the attitude and told him that to start with. Instead of treating him like he’s slow and should have known.. Absolutely RIDICULOUS. I have never left a review but hearing that just blows my mind. Very disappointed.
