Taco Bell

Grand was my favorite for a while, but lately the tables have turned. Yes you have to wait longer at this taco bell than any other one in town, but it is 100% worth it. They really hook it up and Vickie at the window is always so sweet and great at customer service! They actually pay attention to substitutions and add ons and really load the burritos up. Order is always fresh, hot, and correct! Currently the best Taco Bell in Billings as of May.

Ended up waiting 15 minutes just for someone to come to the counter. And the only reason it wasn't longer was because the drive thru said something after they seen me waiting for such a long time. Customer service here sucks with the night shift. I NEVER have any issues with the morning shift, because they always seem to have someone behind the counter at all times to help walk in customers.

Needed a receipt for my purchase for expense report. They couldn't find it so they call I am presuming the manager. Her first response was to blame me and said I had to get it off the KIOSK, then said I had to enter my email when I purchased to get it sent..... both options were not offered. Amazes me how this somehow became my fault. The main reason for this post is because of the attitude by, I am assuming, the managerial staff. Somebody definitely needs retraining. I do not need attitude for so.ething a business ess is suppose to provide

This store is ran poorly. They forget food almost every time I go through the drive thru. They always ask if you want sauce packs but never give it to you. And you can constantly hear complaining and bickering inside the store from the employees when you are at the window. Terrible service. Terrible store.

Taco bell gets really busy. Workers work really hard while making quality food. Taco bell even has monthly add-on to get free taco a day for an entire month on the app. If that's not great enough, Taco bell now has schooling classes for learning how to be a manager and higher up from that. Taco bell does care. Here's the best part. If you order right, you can get a lot of food for less than 15 dollars. How about a taco night?

They were short-handed but u would've never known it!! This location's drive-thru girl was ABSOLUTELY AMAZIN!! Super kind and awesomely efficient!! Will not be using any other location now bc she is the bomb!! Best tacos I've had out of Taco Bell, hand to Jesus y'all - check em out around 2:30 am and you'll be mind blown 🤯
