The last 2 visits have been very good. A few days ago, we had whopper with cheese meals. The only thing we would have liked was for the whoppers to be warmer. We tried the new spicy Ch'king sandwich. Home run! The customer service was very good, and the King Avenue location is the cleanest we've been in. We will be back!

Disgusting! The lobby was dirty. Not one table was clean. The drink area was all sticky. Our whoppers were just warm. When I opened my whopper the bun had ketchup on the top. The paper wrapper had ketchup on the outside. Whoever was making the sandwiches needed to get clean gloves on. I went to the bathroom to just wash my hands and it was dirty. And before anyone says it is because they are short on staff, they were not that busy.

Ordered an all American Platter n they gave us mere scraps of bacon and one syrup. Also ordered French toast sticks wasn't given one package of syrup. That place is the only burger King we usually don't go to cause of this. They need to get employees that like to work.

Don't know if they were short on condiments or what, but there were no condiments on our whoppers or tomatoes. Also it was not clear which Whopper was the impossible Whopper and which was not. If they were out of tomatoes and condiments they should have said so before we ordered.

Order double whopper, they placed double Jr. Had to go in to correct and found that the way they input the order, had to wait a bit, refund my first order then charge me again for correct order.

This lobby is DISGUSTING. People shouldn’t be allowed in because of that, forget COVID-19 😅 Food droppings galore. All seats and booths have crumbs and moisture marks. Staff is nice and hard working though!

For all you cold burger wonderers wondering why that burger is O so cold... I have your answer. BK flame broils a bunch of patties at once and then they get stored in plastic totes (makes for better efficiency for peak times but not so fresh like mcD or wendy or DQ) by the time that burger gets to bun and the added cold condiments it makes for a not so tasty, not so hot let alone warm whopper "sandwich." Just cause Jimmy John's serves a nice tasty cold sandwich doesn't mean yours are BK. AND THATS ALL BKs not just this one.
