Ihop

First I want to start by saying I asked them to replace my hash brown with bacon and he brought me hasbrown and when I complained all he did was take away the hash browns and didn’t replace it . Then I asked for chocolate chip pancake nd it was chocolate pancakes with chocolate chip then they didn’t give me my sauce with my omelet my mom ordered and the little things on the side smelled spoiled .

So me and my friends went to ihop tonight, and when we came it is kinda packed. The nice waitress (Cecelia) came in and bought us to our table. NO COMPLAINTS FOR HER AT ALL SHE DID HER JOB!! Now, the food, it was incorrect. My friend’s order was messed up. My hash browns were cold and the onions was just thrown on there and not cooked at all. Do not recommend. Even if it was packed and low staffed, food should always ALWAYS be taken with care.

Good was good, wasn't too busy, workers were nice. There were a few dirty tables in there and from time to time it did seem like the waitresses were taking a little longer than need be, but they did check on everyone. Things were going smooth until we started to see a few roaches. Because the service was still good they will still get at least these three stars from me but that in the least needs to be corrected.

The staff was great . 1st time ever in Mississippi and the pancakes were fresh !!!! Unlike Connecticut ! I'm glad it was suggested to go to . Updated on 10/26/21 Today the service was at a crawl as it was 3 days ago . Smiling and helpfulness are lacking . My coffee was getting cold as I continued waiting for the milk , that's when I noticed faint lipstick residue on coffee mug . I finally got milk for my coffee abd asked for another cup . My breakfast came , I asked for syrup , no syrup yet . Asked another table for their syrup . Also , 3 days ago the milk came in a small glass and was charged for a small milk . Manager took it off and waitress had to make that comment "we have the creamers " also . I didn't receive the senior discount . I will be calling IHOP after my vacation .

This review is directly because of the service, not the food. The food was good and came out quickly. Great job to the cooks and BOH staff, 5 stars on food! The host who sat us was nice and friendly. Our server didn't give us any service, he took our order correctly and that's about it. Our drinks ran empty twice and he didn't check on us. He came to the table a total of 4 times. Once to take the order, once to drop our food and refill drinks that were completely empty, once to drop the check while we were still eating with empty drinks again, and the final time to come get the receipt to collect his tips. We weren't done eating and our drinks were empty but he wanted payment. He wasn't rude but just severely under trained. He had 2 tables that were both 2 tops, he wasn't busy because he had time to sweep floors instead of checking on the level of beverage that was nonexistent in our glasses. I lost my appetite and could not finish my food because of the audacity this guy had asking for the signed copy of the check when I was still trying to chalk down pancakes with nothing to wash it down. To the server - next time check on your tables, you never know how generous people can be especially on a holiday. You definitely missed an opportunity to make a 100% tip.

I haven’t been to IHOP in years because I had a bad experience but I decide to give them another try in a different state and I was not disappointed the service was excellent the food was just right and the prices were great I don’t have not one complaint thanks IHOP I’ll be back again next time I visit Biloxi me and my husbands meal was great 1/22/2022

Upon entering we were greeted in a unremarkable manner and that experience only continued. We were told we could sit wherever we'd like but upon walking around the restaurant it was hard to find a clean table to actually sit at. Upon sitting and looking around while waiting for our drinks it was even more apparent cleanliness was not a priority as there was uncleared tables, food debris on almost every tabletop, bench, and floor area that was visible. We ordered an appetizer and meal which arrived almost simultaneously we were never given silverware, napkins, and had to ask for these items. We had to ask for the dipping sauces for the appetizer and for one of the meals that was supposed to be served with a sauce. However, when asked for the sauce that was to be provided with the meal the waiter stated is it supposed to come with that to which I replied well it's listed on the menu and was told he had never heard of that. After eating I had to ask another waitress for a to go box as our waiter never to came back to the table other than to provide us with the bill. Overall it was a very poor experience except for the food itself which was good so kudos to the kitchen staff.
