Bayview Cafe

I enjoyed this establishment. Beautiful decor, lots of space so your not close to each other. We had breakfast. I had the biegnet for an appetizer. Covered in powder sugar, light and fluffy. I would ask for syrup or honey for extra sweetness. Eggs Benedict sauce had the perfect hint of lemon. My friend had the ham and cheese omelet, she said packed with ham.

First time eating at IP casino restaurant Especially at Bayview Cafe, restaurant is Clean and fast service but the food wasn't great. I ordered Bayview Cafe shrimp & crayfish pasta. The creamy sauce way over done. Less is better i feel more soup than pasta sauce.. the garlic bread is horrible, stale and so hard to chew on. I had 1 bite and spit it out. My friend ordered southern pot roast and I try 1 piece of beef. Not a pleasant bite.

My wife and I came here not to long ago. Been back a couple of times since then. Overall a good experience. It was a busy night but didn’t take long for us to get seated. Waiter came by, introduced himself, took our orders, and received said orders. The food was good and I guess m only complaint is the Cesar salad, the salad is normally mixed with the dressing but I didn’t get that here. The “lower” end restaurant would do it but not here. I’m just glad that the steak I order came out medium rare and perfect. I would come again if I’m in town.

By far one of the worst trips to this eatery that I have ever had. We arrived at 8:20pm and were told we would have to wait 30min which was fine because we were planning on having a late dinner. It wasn't a full 30 minutes before they texted us at 8:36pm letting us know our table was ready. Well by 8:40pm we were seated and had our water and food order taken because we knew what we wanted. My salad came immediately (of course) but we watched as many people's orders were brought out and yet another server (not our waitress) didn't bring our food until 9:20pm (they close at 10). I ordered the meatloaf and mash potatoes, Chicken tenders and fries, and also a burger and the only thing that was warm were my kids tenders. I took one bite of my meatloaf and potatoes and it was cold and dry. I bit one of my kids fries and it too was cold. My boyfriend's patty slightly warm. For almost a 45 minute wait you would at least expect to have hot food especially at a casino! I was so disgusted by the food quality I didn't even make a dent in the salad I left it there. The manager did take care of it but im still not satisfied it was a waste of our time and we then proceeded to go to the sportsbar for food and wasted $37 so overall tonight has been very unpleasant.

Love to eat at IP’s Bay View Cafe! My husbsn’d favorite is their Chicken Fried Steak w/ white gravy(non spicy). My favorite is their Loaded Potato & cheese soup! We both absolutely LOVE their French Fries… we’ve NEVER tasted any that were better! The Chicken Fried Steak dinner is so big, it can be shared.. Also I love their Club Sandwich w/ fries.. Also enough to share.. or take home leftovers! We love- love every thing we’ve tried! The service is usually very good- and the atmosphere is very good. Everything is tidy and sparkly clean - and this is one of our favorite restaurants anywhere.. They get an A+

A small group of us ate here last night. It took FOREVER to receive our food. My food was cold( French dip sandwich), another's food was warm(pork chop dinner), and someone else's food was piping hot(country fried steak). My French dip sandwich was so dry and tasteless. The auju sauce was lukewarm and bland and the french bread was solid as a rock.. The worst sandwich ever. I told the server and he had them to remake it. The second time the sandwich was better in temperature and texture, but still not good. Nooooo taste! Heck...even the water was nasty. This was my experience only.. try for yourself.
