Visited after a large church event. 4 groups arrived almost at the same time. I was with my sister, group of 2. Shown to our seat, we visited the restroom then waited a good 15-20 minutes while the group of 8, seated after us, gave their drink orders and received them. The server never greeted us. Another server came by and took our drink order and by the time she returned with them, our server was taking the other groups meal order. She still hadn't acknowledged us. This was 3 hours before closing. She made one stop at our table, after we received our food and she passed us then turned and asked if we needed anything. She was talkative and friendly to the large group.

Good food excellent customer service. The waitress Alex did a great job. I recommend her as employee of the month. Manager Cornelius did a good job taking care of us. They really showed that they care about the customer. Great job.

The service was awesome. Eventhough, the restaurant was going through staffing shortage, they maintained great customer service. The food wasn't so good. Our chicken and shrimp dinner was burned badly, but the powder dusted donuts was a hit with the children.

The first picture is of the strawberry sundae from the kids menu. Nothing too Sundae about it. Then we ordered a smoothie off the kids menu yet the waitress told me they didn’t have any kids smoothies and she spoke with a manager and charged me for a regular smoothie........ even my daughter said it looks just like a kid size smoothie regardless but I was charged extra for it. Then I asked for cheese on my mashed potatoes and got tiny pork pieces all over my cheese and potatoes..... and to start off we had a 30 minute wait just to be seated and the place was almost empty. Horrible service from the moment we walked in the door.

Alex was our server. She was great! I love the pretzels with cheese. We wish there were more options on the 2 for 24 menus but other than that we loved it all

After we were seated, at approx 1010p, no one stopped to check on us, about 15min go by and we stop the hostess who seated us and told her that no one has been by. She apologized and took not only our drink order but our food order as well. The waitress finally came by and rudely stated that it was busy but she would be taking care of us, which was accompanied by wide eyes and eye brows raised. So then, there was a group that was just seated behind us, they placed their drink and appetizer order and literally was delivered one of the appetizers, they didn't even have the drinks yet. Yep, it was ours. So, now 40 minutes into it, our food comes out by someone different and we tell her that we haven't gotten our app yet, she asks if we still want our food. Really!! So we Emma, the hostess and we tell her, she goes and gets it. Waiting on that, our waitress makes a visit, hadn't seen her in a bit, we tell her and tries to act like she cares. She leaves... Emma returns with app, apologetic and very sincere. She even gets us refills. Our hostess was our waitress, the supposed waitress never came to our table until she found out we had said something, was rude, never offered a refill but she did bring us napkins. At the end, Emma went and got our ticket so we could pay, Inbetween that the "waitress" did come over, and nicely this time to apologize, I can only assume she was nice this time to get a tip. Not this time, she failed. Communication is everything. All she had to do is acknowledge we were there, we could see it was busy. So we tipped out Emma.
Emma was upbeat, friendly and nice, even nice on someone else's behalf. A true example of what an employee should be. Great job Emma, you have a great personality and an exceptional work ethic. Applebee's should be honored to have you on their team.

Although it was our servers first day, and we came in an hour before close, he was SUPER attentive to our needs when i say this is the best service we've had since covid started. Thanks Dj, hope you continue on with giving the great service you gave to us. Definitely will come back. This location is sooooooo much better than Hwy 49!!!!!

I just left and had a very distasteful event literally . If I could give a zero, I would. My waitress was very nice but the GM was horrific. Vanessa literally told me it was okay to find expired tag paper in my bourbon chicken. She took two dollars off my meal because it was the green bean that the tag came from. And btw they don’t change their tag gun for expiration that she offered to show me in front of other customers. They all will say June 28th. My advice is to check your food before you get to the bottom. “It’s just paper.” “It won’t hurt you if you accidentally ate it.”—-GM Vanessa.
