Had personal experience shopping with Gabby for my husband. She was amazing, she answered all my husband's questions ( and there were many) She was polite and very helpful. When I mentioned that we were coming here for a Xmas Eve lunch my friend said that we must be 'made of money'. We are not, but there is obviously a perception that you must be rich to eat in the bar which is untrue. Have a look at the menu and you will see it's actually very competitively priced. Plus you can get a 10% discount with the Harvey Nics App. What was surprising is how quiet it was, and that they don't have a merlot or pinot grigio blush, the meals however were excellent. The wife said that the cod was one of the best she's ever had and there was nothing wrong with my Xmas dinner sandwich either. The service was a bit demob happy but it was Xmas eve.
