The host Tracey was fantastic friendly and always helpful as well. also the blonde lady behind serving the food was friendly and talked about how much she enjoys her job and career. overall staff with great thank you guys 😊

Family comes here every week for a meal. Carvery nice and fresh with veggie option. Excellent food, always looked after by Tracy who goes that extra mile every week,great friendly customer service from her, always makes us feel welcome and special.

It has been a few years since I have been here, my husband & myself came on Saturday 4th for an evening meal, and my how we were impressed, the service was excellent, the food was delivered with a smile and it was delicious, we had hunters chicken, the staff are so pleasant. We enjoyed it that much we bought our granddaughter's for lunch on Monday 6th and service was just as good. Please keep up the good work.

I've been going to this pub for a few years for now and the staff have always been lovely. For the the last 2 weeks they have absolutely shone. Everyone has gone out of their way to ensure we had a lovely meal. Thank you so much to the team and to the fantastic Chef who helped my friend. I recommend this place to anyone who loves a good carvery and a warm welcome. Thank you all! 😊

Visited the old house at home with a large group of over 30. The staff were accommodating, friendly annd the restaurant was very clean. The food was lovely and came out very quickly with each table coming out together which was nice.

A party of 4 of us went for the carvery last night for my sons birthday. The food was delicious plenty of choice and the meats were perfectly cooked. I must applaud the chef he was really lovely he had a good sense of humour and actually made our night. He is an asset to your company and should be given a bonus or something as we will definitely recommend to other people and definately come back.

I've only eaten the carvery here and I will say on a Sunday it is lovely as the food comes out fresh, there's a large selection of veg but I couldn't help to notice no peas? I wonder if that was just on the days I have been there. I have also eaten here on a Thursday and will say the meat is still great but the veg was a bit dry/distasteful as service is slower and food is not coming out as regularly. Good selection of drinks and positive vibes all around. I will return :)

It's a nice atmosphere in there, cosy and warm and if you find the good seats then even better. Food wernt all that though, the meats were dry and needed gravy with every mouthful of it, needing to wash it down with a swig of the beer too. Overall not the best carvery I've been to but the food went down as I was hungry that day. Wouldn't have a carvery from there again though, just saying

Orders arrived promptly and was freshly cooked and hot. Staff were friendly, I ordered a Godfather, and the waiter looked like he wanted to ID me (I'm 32) but decided not to, which stung a bit 😅
