Excellent customer service and very good food. Was served by a young man by the name of Boaz and he couldn't have been more helpful and polite. Will certainly return as a good experience. Ignore the negative reviews, some people will complain about anything these days. Great value for money and an easy recommendation.

Really nice staff. We were seated almost immediately. The member of staff looking after us was Heidi. Very polite. Food came out in a timely fashion and was hot. The whole restaurant was very clean and I would regard this place as a really nice place to go and eat. The strawberry milkshake is something I would recommend. Staff are friendly and if you ask for something extra on you food they are happy to oblige. I would definitely eat here again.

Me and my daughter went for a meal out to Frankie & Benny's for the first time in about 4 years and I must say the whole experience was lovely. Two staff imparticular Kate & Paul stood out, both staff members were very attentive to my daughter's allergies and constantly made sure everything was perfect for her. The service was great too, would highly recommend.

If you go here expecting proper Italian food you'll be disappointed, however if you just want proper food (ie not a burger) with quick service then this is good. I'm at a conference at the NEC for 2 nights so have popped across to Frankie & Benny's for food both nights. Yesterday and today it was busy at 7:30 pm, however both nights I was seated straight away, my order taken quickly, and my food came out within 5 minutes! I had spaghetti pomodoro last night and spaghetti Bolognese tonight, both of which were nice but a bit oily. It's not perfect as is pricey, but it's airport food and is better than a burger!
