Was there yesterday, and not gonna lie the staff girl made me the most tasty espresso martini which i have ever had in a whole West Midlands. Idk ur name girl, but you made my day better!

We were served by a lovely waitress, she was very friendly and attentive. We ordered our food and were served quickly! I had the vegan pepperoni pizza which was delicious 10/10 and the atmosphere and music made a great experience. Thank you very much I’ll be visiting again soon!

I had a lovely meal today and it really made my Valentine’s Day very enjoyable. I had a wonderful waitress, Ellie was the one serving us today and she was great and we received amazing service. Loved it !!

We usually make a trip here on a monthly basis! 😂 Food is always good and the staff are friendly and attentive. I love the carbonara pasta and the chicken burger ❤️ the veggie options are also very good!

Me and my kids love it there. The food, the service and the atmosphere always great. Today my son also enjoyed the happy birthday song and the dessert 🍨. Wasn’t my thing in the past but now is and to my surprise my usually shy son asked for it himself. Sean and the rest a big thank you for making it a special outing for us!

We came on 18th January for my 40th birthday, booked as a surprise for me and my whole family showed up along with several friends, so we were a large group with several small children. We were served by Sean who was genuinely lovely and amazing - from the moment we walked in, he greeted us warmly, fetched us some drinks, he was friendly and accommodating throughout the whole evening. The food was lovely, hot and fresh with steak cooked to perfection. Thoroughly enjoyed the donut birthday cake as well! There were a few problems with the restaurant apparently being short staffed that evening and technical problems with a new til/ordering system but Sean handled the whole thing very professionally with good grace and humour and we were delighted with his fabulous customer service and hospitality. Thank you, Sean, for making my big 4-0 a fantastic night to remember, you are a star!

I visited Frankie & Benny’s last Saturday (6th January) with my friends. We sat on table 28 and were served by the lovely Aimée. She was so bubbly and friendly. The food came quickly and everything was done with a smile. :)

We came after bowling session and were greeted by smiling lady, food was lovely and fresh! Home made to- you can tell. Pizza dough was just fab! Staff were amazing and very accommodating with kids requests! Sean was great 😊 Thank you

Nice food. Good that they have a new gluten free menu. Wife was pleased. Carpark is piddly and unlit. Also some spaces blocked because they had been dug up. Very difficult to navigate, esp in a Transit. Had to back out the whole way because not enough room to turn and only one exit.
