Visiting Tim Hortons at Birmingham New Street has been a delightful experience. It's great to know they're open until midnight, making it a go-to spot for late-night cravings. The staff, especially the manager Shah, are incredibly friendly and accommodating. We even got to enjoy some leftover donuts, which added to the enjoyment of our visit!

A Canadian favourite for many years. Love the French Vanilla coffee. Always takes me back to happy family times in Canada. Good, friendly staff and service. Clean toilets requiring access code. Upstairs nice environment to sit and enjoy a coffee.

We ordered the breakfast offer, £1 breakfast with a drink, it's filling and tasty, and we prefer that to the doughnuts. We believe the seating area can be improved, with regards to the temperature (it's a bit too warm), better seats and accessibility. You can't bring a stroller or a wheelchair upstairs as there is no lift. Staff are helpful and nice.

I popped to Tim hortons for breakfast in Christmas eve. The vibes and the breakfast are perfect , the staff are helpful and smiling all times especially " Adnan ", he is professional and excellent ..
they have a lot of offers including breakfast offer and spin and win to get drink or food for free.
I think one branch for timmy , is not enough for birmingham

Popped into Tim’s for breakfast and got the gingerbread hot chocolate along with some chocolate pancakes. While dining, Mr Adnan approached us and let us try samplers of the french vanilla drink. It was really delicious! I would definitely return to try other items on the menu :)

Service was quick. Barely 5 mins’ wait for our orders for 5 pax. Plenty of seating options, great variety of food and there are halal options too. Adnan was very attentive and took great effort to check on our experience here. Highly recommended place to chill on a cold winter day. I had an iced latte with gingerbread syrup and cheese toasties.

Nice staff especially Mr Adnan . The expirence here is greatly welcoming and the food here is halal and srumptious. I wohld recommend this place as it has a lot of available seats. Signature drink french vanilla is delicious.

I had a great lunch at this Tim Horton location the food was good the hot chocolate hit the spot the best part was the service. I didn’t have a straw so as I was searching for one the worker adnan asked if I was okay and he went to fetch one for me without my knowledge which I found really sweet I hope he gets a raise top notch guy
