Nando's Birmingham - Fort

Upon arrival we was greeted by member of staff who seated us, the back ground music was to loud and stuggled to have any kind of a conversation with anyone. After ordering food we waited and waited and waited and noticed people arriving after we getting food served ,the otther half went to find out how long to find our meal and others under the heat gantry as staff was struggling to get meals out. There was sevreal empty tables which needed clearing from previous customers and there is nothing worse than looking at plates with food left on stacked up .overall meal was good and it was very busy and staff looked fed up .

I stopped here today to get takeaway Nando's after some Christmas shopping. I hadn't been to Nando's in ages and was pleasantly surprised. The person at the till, Dan was brilliant. Really friendly, knowledgeable and looked genuinely happy to be there and help. It makes such a difference. I didn't wait long and my order was ready, all my sauces I ordered were there and I was on my way. Lovely clean restaurant, quiet as it was early afternoon, but a nice vibe. Food was spot on! Hot, tasty and the chicken breast wasn't dry. Sometimes with a half chicken, the breast is a let down but this wasn't! Well done for a great experience Nando's.

Been to this particular nandos about 4-5 times. My last visit was the best. The food has improved, I haven't noticed the name of the gentleman on the grill but he was a tall black boy. Staff seems younger than I remember but food and cleanliness is better than before. It wasn't bad before, it's just better now. Couldn't hear the music in the seating area but I could hear it in the toilet. Not really something that will affect your experience, just something I noticed. Come here for succulent & tasty chicken! Don't forget the peri peri fries ☺️

We often visit this Nandos, we cant bare to go to another one, the customer service is brilliant the staff always go above and beyond, been going for around 4/5 years and never had an issue. Food is always hot and the one time they did forget an order they couldn’t do enough to correct it. Be back soon :)

Very pleased with our meal here. I had the spicy chickpea burger with peri fries and crunchy seeded slaw- a bit of extra Virgin olive oil did the job. My son had quarter of chicken with 3 sides. Daughter's in law had butter milk chicken and two sides. Grandson enjoyed his little plate as did the younger grandson. We also has 4 glasses of filtered water. In total £44.70

Loved this Nandos! Went on a cheeky Thursday night out and shared the boneless platter with my partner! Was great service even though it was pretty busy, decor was great, bright fresh and airy and yes, the food was as good as the pictures!!:) we said we would definitely go again so would recommend to anyone else too:)
