We went for a quick bite and this place never fails you with their delicious freshly made chapel kebabs. We had chapel kebab burger, fries, chapel kebab and naan and can of pop all for just £12. The complimentary fresh salad goes down really well with sauces while you wait for your food. Food here is really amazing and good value for money as well👏 🤩

We ate there on our visit to Birmingham for the first time. Food was delicious, specially Chaplin kabab was extraordinary. Service was great, we were served by two guys both were very nice but one of the guy named Bilal showed great hospitality and served us sweet almonds in the end 😺😺 we were more than pleased with his kind gesture. Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely visit again on our next visit to Birmingham.

Taste of Khyber serves delicious food that reminds us of the authentic flavors of Pakistan. Every second week we travel 2 hours to eat here. Special thanks to Uzair Bhai for his excellent service and humble behavior that we really appreciate , his caring service makes our dining experience even better one more thing Uzair bhai makes really good milk tea that you will never forget . The person who takes orders on the phone deserves credit for conveying instructions accurately to the chefs. Speaking of chefs, their tasty creations often transport us back to the flavors of Pakistan. One small suggestion would be to consider for chefs for making the biryani less Spicy , as it's become too intense and spicy in the past few weeks. Biryani was too good few weeks back but now it is not suitable for most of people who eat medium spicy food Overall, a great place with fantastic Charsi Karahi soft large naan and athentic Sajji and tikkas that we use to eat in Pakistan 🇵🇰 just a minor tweak for those sensitive to spice levels.Making less spicy Biryani would be appreciated as it was the only place where i could eat tasty Biryani

Absolute joy to eat. We ordered small bit of everything and had a blast. The size of the roti was gigantic. Everything was yum. A heaven for meat lovers. Not recommended for vegetarians. Do keep in mind that the kebab skewers and boti are considered as a starter and would come earlier than the main course.

Authentic vibe and food of afghan. Halal. The food is mouth watering. Everything we tried was bang on. My dad enjoyed it the most and he has ranked this place at the top and he has been to few restaurants in UK. I recommend their chapli kebab, lamb charsi karahi, chicken deghi and naan. For drinks the afghani dookh is the one to go for that adds great contrast to the rich food. I must warn that their food tends to be quite oily so what we did was remove the oil and only served the gravy and meat. I honestly ate more than I normally can which just goes to show how great the food is. Customer service is also great and food was served in 10min so pretty quick. Prices are competitive which is great and there is plenty of seating. I estimated over 80 people can be accommodated at a time. Highly recommend this place if you are in the area. We went here for dinner I was so surprised at how busy it was in here with people queuing to get a table I was a little apprehensive of going in, not my regular restaurant type to eat at. The food was lovely, just perfect. The spices were just right. The mix grill was just perfect. I was surprised to find they layered the mix grill over rice, which was even better overall. Great food, definitely worth a visit, will recommend to friends and family.
