Really nice food and a gem of a pub/hotel 3rd time visiting meal and service were floorless looking forward to returning

First visit as was staying in the premier inn and I must say I was very impressed with my Sunday lunch, tables were very clean and went to the bar to order my food and was served by a lovely girl, very helpful with menu did not catch her name but young and with hair in bun, food was served very quickly and with a smile by another lovely girl with glasses and pony tail (didn’t catch any name badges) I feel you should add name badges as i believe recognition deserves to be recognised! she also checked if everything was okay with my food, and it was PERFECT, would definitely recommend just for the service alone, made me feel welcome ❤️

We visited the white horse white House common road with friends for an evening meal, from the time we walked through the door we were treated like royalty, I can only say the hospitality and the food was totally amazing, I was impressed to be shown to the table by the manger who took our orders and brought the food to our table . The whole dinning experience was fantastic . Every plate cleaned , food was 5 star . We will definitely be back with friends and family . Best pub for food and hospitality in Sutton coldfield .

Steak cooked exactly how we wanted it.
Couldn't fault food or service.
Only downside Gents could do with a massive overhaul. Can smell it from the bar area but no where else in pub.

Been here a few times now and for a pub that can get very busy and hectic, the staff are so professional and friendly! Food is good too and great value!

Good food and drinks, but could do with more vegetarian options as there were only a couple available. The burger I ordered was quite dry and overcooked on this occasion, so slightly disappointed.

Food was yummy, service was impeccable and had an amazing time. Pub let us watch sports which was great fun. I would definitely come back tomorrow. Darked haired waitress made us feel so welcome and got beers ready super quick. Highly recommend from a stuffed woman😊
