The toilets in this place are absolutely dirty. Do they never get cleaned? There was no loo roll in there and to actually get through to the toilets you have to push the door really hard.

Absolutely terrible the customer service there was disgusting to the point were my own people had to have an argument with the staff due to there poor communication skills, Interpersonal skills and customer service skills. They got my food wrong the first time and tried to refuse to make another one. I will not be goin back to the KFC for a while till they learn some manners and work on there interpersonal skills. Not happy at all.

My first impression was that the staff were not polite. The person who served me was already in conversation with another workmate and had to repeat my order 3 times. Had to wait 20mins to be served. Didn't realize this is the standards for KFC, I was disappointed. Food was brilliant shame staff were not.

Nasty nasty very rude and impolite staff. They simply ignore you when u wanna order, u need to ask them 2-3 times so they can pay u attention . Last time i went i wanted to use the loo being heavily pregnant and they didn't allow me saying its for customers only so because that particular day i wasn't a customer i been thrown out and shout at. Very traumatizing, i would never ever spend a penny ever again there. By staff i mean a middle age black woman.

Very bad services . It’s is fast food chain. On counter side young black lady very rude and slow services. KFC needs to take action against them very serious and needs to fired manager and lady. Management needs to change. All customers needs to put pressure on KFC complaint center and HR department. They needs to hire a smiley people’s and friendly.

this is the worst KFC I've ever visited. the service assistants were run ragged & treated so badly by the shift manager I felt sorry for them truthfully! The food was really poor and NOT what you expect from a KFC, the chicken was slimy and rubbery and the fries hard and dry. It's also a bit off putting when you see the amount of rats running amok in the immediate area, you have to see it to get the full picture. I wouldn't use a KFC again.

Avoid this place like the plague. Literally the worst KFC in Birmingham. Staff are unprofessional, lackadaisical and slow. There is no urgency. I know it’s fast food but a 25mins wait for a Box Meal is ridiculous. This is also the KFC where there is never any chicken. Don’t waste your time. Drive to Perry Barr or Sutton.
