Joined the queue in lane one behind 1 car waited whilst lane 2 served 3 customers the car in front went through. 3 more customers were served in lane 2 I pressed my horn spoke into the machine nothing happened. When they were about to serve another customer in lane 2 I drove to the pay point and was told by the server that he could see me but he wasn’t serving that lane I’ll admit I was annoyed but he was very defensive. To make it worse the order was wrong and the fries were stone cold with no colour on them my dustbin had a lovely meal.

I loved this branch. Friendly staffs. Excellent location. Drive thru is too quick.

Once again the people make the place. We stopped here - 79 passengers in a coach - instantly filling this McDonalds yet the staff were swift, polite, professional and really friendly. Very efficient in the serving and nobody had an unreasonable wait. Well done and thank you.

I did the drive through food was ready on time, but the fries were barely warm, the chicken could have been hotter as well.

Nice friendly staff clean restaurant with tasty mc muffins that were not thrown together like most outlets shame they gave me a hot chocolate instead of the coffee I ordered from them otherwise I would’ve said 5star

They sorted my hunger. The food isn't restaurant quality but ideal on the go besides their milkshakes are 5 star. Recommend if your in a rush or passing through.

Have been here numerous times and as of yet I haven't received slow service. There's umpteen delivery drivers waiting to collect delivery items. From May 17 this may change when the restaurant should be fully open.
Today I had a cappuccino and watched the news for two minutes whilst I waited. Good coffee, but not quite a full cup
