A comfortable restaurant with an 'industrial style' interior. Order at the table using the Nandos App or webpage accessed from a QR code on the table. Quick service from the polite and friendly staff.

Visited this nandos store on the 3rd October at around 4:00 and just wanted to say ALL staff members were so welcoming, polite and helpful. Amazing service and good food, best nandos store ive been to. Huge thank you to the staff that were working that shift!

Beautiful food as always and lovely staff. We went late so they gave us some desserts at the end for free!! Highly recommend going to this Nando's

If you’re visiting the Bullring i would highly suggest visiting this location other than the Bullring Nandos located inside of the Bullring. This location has a better vibe and superior service than the other. I Got the Butterfly chicken for 2 and it was delicious. Don’t forget to get peri salted chips!

Visited Nandos for lunch and it was amazing!! As soon as we walked in, the lady showed us our seats. When we went to take our order, the girl at the till was super sweet and understanding. The food came out in no time and was exceptional. The chicken was cooked to order and the ratio of chicken to sauce was perfect!! The garlic bread was warm and garlicky. And the coleslaw was cold and refreshing. Overall, great food and customer service. Highly recommend!!

Three of us including a kid arrived for dinner Friday evening. As usual, waiting for 25 min and waiting to order and then waiting for food. We ordered a kids meal which was good, platter for adults had burned chicken thighs.
Its middle of city centre so watch for parking. Plenty of seating but may not be enough in weekends. Washrooms available.
Paid £35-50 for 2 adults and a kid.

Love Nando's. Vibe is really nice in New Street, food was served warm and fresh. There's loads to see in Birmingham as well so plenty of opportunities to walk your meal off.
Lot's of seating available, clean, and great service as well. Would recommend.
