Cocobab

I want to make an explicit complaint about the staff at Cocobab. He was being really rude - and trying to correct my English when it was very clear I said ‘boneless’ he tried to be very hostile and correct my English for no apparent reason. As an Asian coming to an Asian food establishment specifically, to be met with such hostility and abrasion is something that’s wholly inappropriate. I hope you take a good look at the staff you employ. Very unwelcoming , rude and xenophobic. Changing rating back to 4 star to reflect the business for what it is. Best fried chicken in Brum

I had some Korean fried chicken(sweet and spicy around 15 pc of chicken or more) which came with a great portion of fries and a big bottle of Pepsi(which I didn't expect but was definatly welcomed). I also ordered some cheese tteokpokki with egg, and it was lovely, very filling and still piping hot at arrival. Overall, my order only came to £33 (without delivery) which I think is incredible considering the portion sizes.Thank you COCOBAB for the delivery, I was happy.

This tiny hole in the wall business with only enough seating for a couple of people is turning out fantastic traditional Korean Cuisine in lightning speed... with family feel customer service and brilliant quality of food deliveries flying out the door tells me this is a local favorite I stumbled upon it the other day and returned wanting to try why I had the beef Kimbab with Korean beef and kimchi a soy based dipping sauce brought a delightful saltiness to the dish wash down with a very interesting cinnamon punch tasted like fireball without the fire as I stood reading the menu I realise there is a lot more here to try than just the rice seaweed roll..

Ordered through Uber eats, food was delivered in time and it was really delicious and good price for the portions. I got 10pc boneless wings and I was expecting them to be small or skimp on portions as it’s takeaway like some other restaurants but it was a lot more than I was expecting. I am definitely going to order from here again

The packing was good, no leak at all, and the food was warm. This is the second time I ordered from cocobab, the beef kimbap is as nice as always. Really love it. The filling is rich, lots of beef and the sauce goes super well with the kimbap. Rice texture is also good. The amount of tteokbokki was also so worth the price compared to other korean food restaurant and even restaurants in general, very fair amount of ricecakes and fishcakes, soup was just thick enough and of right amount to fully dip the ricecakes and get the flavour :D, the starch noodle and egg within tteokbokki are also yummy. Anyways, recommended!
