Greggs

I visited greggs (swan) with my niece and I was so pleased to see customers being treated with respect and kindness. There was an elderly man, who seemed a regular and the lady carried it to thw table for thw man, put his sugar in and made sure he was ok, before returning back behind the counter. There was another elderly woman, who was a little difficult, however they dealt with her kindly too. I am a support worker and I am used to seeing vulnerable people being spoken down to and it was really nice to see staff go above and beyond

Greggs is fantastic value,however I wanted to sit down and drink my coffee there were no chairs so I walked over to Costa Coffee chairs and was told by a very rude man cleaning the Costa tables I couldn't sit there unless I bought something.As I'm very old in my seventies I was very annoyed at such rudeness.So I would advise people to Avoid the Costa Coffee shop at the Swan Center.In Yardley Birmingham.

For a year now I'm going there every weekday for my usual coffee and pastry combo. The staff is exceptional and nice. They are truly make my days better with their kindness and customer service. I just wanted to say thank you to all of you guys and each and one of you should get a medal for the way you are doing your job which I'm sure can be really hard sometimes.
