Just wanted to give a big shout out to the manager of Noodles & Co in Eastland Commons Shopping Center. My daughter ordered us lunch through DoorDash and they delivered the wrong food. My daughter called Noodles & Co to ask what to do in case our food was just sitting. The manager personally delivered our meal to us with a cheerful smile and a no problem attitude. That's great service!! The food was hot and delicious! We always have a good experience with them!! So if you're trying to figure out what to eat tonight, give them your business. You won't regret it.

I ordered from their app for delivery to which the delivery is provided through door dash and I was missing 2 items one of which was my 4 year olds chocolate milk which made her very upset and the dasher was completely rude and didn’t even seem to care and tried to say they didn’t give him drinks which the ticket on the bag shows there were drinks with it but he didn’t bother paying attention to that and just left without a care and I contacted the store who rectified the situation in ways I didn’t expect. The manager decided to personally deliver the missing drinks and also gave us a few deserts as well wich made my kid extremely happy and when I tried to tip the manger for his personal delivery he would not accept but he did accept the hug from my 4 year old that she’s just loves to give. The customer service at this location is completely amazing and from now on I will just stick to picking up myself because I never have any issues with this location. Keep up the great work guys and thank you for all you did.

Love the Zucchini pesto with chicken! One of the best things there, but rated 4/5 because my grandmother's meal the cauliflower risotto with shrimp and balsamic vinegar, was a huge disappointment. Hardly anything but noodles in the meal, hardly shrimp and spinach. All could taste was only the balsamic vinegar couldn't even taste the garlic. But otherwise the service was spectacular and very generous and kind.
