Small portions for the price. Paid about 12 bucks for three mozzarella sticks and a grilled cheese. The mozzarella were slightly burnt as well. The grilled cheese mac and cheese was ok, but nothing special and also small for the 6 or 7 bucks.

I paid $7 for mozzarella sticks that took 20 minutes to cook and were burnt to a crisp. I tried to return them and have the cook make new, but the new ones were just as bad. They were so burnt that they just tasted like oil. I was incredibly disappointed as I love the Big Cheeze and can never find it.

Finally got to try The Big Cheeze at the Hartsburg Pumpkin Festival and sorry to say I was a bit disappointed! I've seen so much hype for this truck, yet flavors were very lacking. I got the Pig Mac. Bread just tasted like straight oil, which I could get around if the fillings were good. Not a whole lot of pulled pork on the sammy or sauce. The mac and cheese was bland. Literally was a tasteless grease ball lol. I took it home and added salt and bbq sauce and it was pretty decent. I like the food trucks concept, but I feel it should be executed better.

Mozzarella sticks got smaller but priced stayed the same. Sandwiches are all half the size they used to be but the same price. Very good but won't return due to prices.

We asked for something small, as we just wanted to try The Big Cheese before leaving Bloomington. They offered us a great deal and had the best customer service I have experienced in a while. The food was absolutely delicious too!

The food is good. The reason I am giving them only 2 stars is because their delivery service. Really bad and slow service. I ordered and Mr Delivery Service called about 30 minutes later and said Big Cheeze is not open. It was on the selection of open and active delivery. They said they would give me a refund and it would take up to 5 days... 5 days..and they wanted to order something with no sorry or discount..

Fries are good, but the service is suuuper slow and unreliable. Sometimes they just forget to make your order. Very defensive if you mention anything about forgetting an order.

The Big Cheeze was a great experience! Great menu with more than just grilled cheese. The fries are pretty tasty too!
