Mcdonald's

Morning people are very nice and friendly, but afternoon and night shift people are the worst. They have no good customer service and they do not listen to your order right !! They have a very bad attitude and the manager as well. She is very rude and hands over the food in a very bad way! All the times I’ve gone there is the same thing with these rude employees. Never again going back. Really bad service!

The last three times I have been there my order had been screwed up. Three! And it is not complicated. No onion. Simple. All three times I confirmed the order, asked the person at the window to confirm it and all three times they had onion. Even with the custom order slips on them. Incredible! I will intentionally drive three times as far to the next closes McDonald's the next time I have the urge.

McDonald's there prices has gone up up up for plain hamburger $1.67 before $1.29 customer service has gotten much better but the only thing I wanted to know was when you place a order at drive threw around 6am an you order McMuffin I got bread 🍞 w/o meat egg cheese when I made it to work on my break I was like where's the meat I had only bread 🍞 nothing else so I say this is inconveniences of it all u have to drive back to pick up what you order the only thing management said was am sorry i put your name on or list so you will get next no charge there not thing I payed for this and they are non compliance and no compassion for inconvenience to customer they have gone down very very badly when. It comes to the customer service respect who pays there wages salery commission let's be very clearly Here fix You're employee and managers as well
